„This property is beautiful and pictures are accurate. Home comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children, with the whole downstairs room to spare. Cozy with enough space. „We’ve stayed at Pawpaw’s several times over the years and we have never been disappointed! As soon as we drive up over the hill and see the pond, house and grounds it feels like city stress all falls away! So many homey touches like baskets of soft blankets and quilts for snuggling under. „This place was amazing ! I stay in alot of VBrO”s this was in my top three . The view from the deck was second to none . The house was beautiful the kitchen was a great setup for family gathering time . We will stay here when we come visit my college kid . Deck views were amazing sunset amazing . Friendly people in the town .. owner Brent was accommodating and really goes the extra mile for his guest . Even sent us new life jackets within the hour . Amazing “

„Stayed here for a baseball tournament that one of my kids was playing in Ruston. Only a 17 minute (super easy trip) from the driveway to the Ruston Sports Complex! Owner was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend! “

„This is a quiet farmhouse with a pond right behind it. The house was very well renovated, and the property around it is beautiful! I came for a wedding in Ruston, and even though this location isn’t located inside the city. It was convenient to get to everything I needed to get to. 10/10 and I will be staying here anytime I come to the area. “

„My daughter and I stayed a week while she had auditions and interviews at LA Tech. The location is perfect, close to campus and also to the restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed the visits from the cats, possum, and raccoon on the back porch! Will definitely stay again when we move our daughter into her dorm in the fall. Very highly recommend. “
