„Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). My problems are that it wasn’t that clean - the hallways are dirty, residents place their trash in the hallways, and the walls are scuffed both in the hallways and the rooms. „Jolie petite maison. Lit très confortable. Un peu excentrée du centre ville, voiture indispensable.. ou uber. Nous n'avons pas rencontré la propriétaire, mais elle nous a dit qu'elle était là pour tout problème ou renseignements. “

„The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.“

„The room we had was very clean and nice. It was a cery uncomplicated check in and check out. We had some trouble with the temperature though. The first night it was very hot in the room , the AC was not working and it was a struggle to open the windows because the blinds were broken. The second night it was freezing and you wouldn’t get it any warmer. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.“
