„The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.“

„Traveled from out of state, notified property I was going to be arriving late, they confirmed my code and giving me instructions. Got to the property at 2 AM unable to get to in my room, tried contacting the property but no luck, had to find a hotel for one night.
Ps I WAS CHARGED FOR A NIGHT I DIDN'T EVEN STAY FOR!
Overall, bad communication and lack of information.“

„This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place “
