„Craig was an amazing host! Place was ready at 12pm too which helped out so much with our early flight. Also the fact that this place is so close to a grocery store (Ralph’s) and Dockweiler Beach made this such an amazing stay. Plenty of TVs and sitting spaces in the house too. 100% would stay here again.“

Knives, forks, and mugs had food drippings (?)and smudges on them. Wall handles for the towels/toilet paper were falling out of the wall. Stains and food and grime on the couch and looked like someone sat on the top of it right before we came? I found a nymph roach in the guest shower. It felt like the only thing that was cleaned before we arrived were the beds ...

„Unfortunately there were a few issues with the property people should be aware of given the higher price to rent. 1) the oven is broken. Their replacement was a toaster oven, which isn’t suitable for cooking for a family of 4. This was not disclosed. There also aren’t many plates and utensils so bring your own if you’re going to eat a couple of meals here. 2) it’s located on PCH near the fire cleanup (also not disclosed) so there’s significant construction happening all day AND all night. ...
