Homely Two Bedroom Bungalow.

Relax inside (or outside with the fire pit) in a toasty 2 bedroom bungalow in Inglewood. A 2.5-mile drive to LAX, 1.3 mile drive to Kia Forum, a 1-mile drive to the So-Fi stadium + surrounding shops. 30 minutes to DTLA & a 15-30 drive to beaches! The house is centrally located & in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to freeways & walking distance to markets and moms and pop shops!

The space
A cozy bedroom with 2 windows (with shutters for your privacy!) This lovely room offers a full bed with a duvet cover and a bench for your belongings & Two dressers to fill your belongings & an empty closet with hangers. I'll also be providing towels & any toiletries for you. I also have a speaker for you to listen to you, with high-speed Wi-Fi access.

Please make yourself at home, the front porch is a lovely space to people watch, and the backyard is a delight to relax in at night. I have a television with Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime & Hulu to stream. FYI: This is an Alexa house & I have her in the living room, as well as a record player. Please feel free to use any of the dishes, pots, pans, rice cooker, air fryer, microwave & coffee maker.
During your stay
I live here on premises, and work from home. 2 days out of the 5 day work week. But the days I’m not around, please feel free to text / call me- I can be flexible.

Other things to note
I live near the airport, so you will see plans flying pretty close to the house. If the windows are left open, you will hear the noise. I tend to keep them closed.

- it’s a Jack & Jill bathroom
-I live here on premises & only allow one person to live here. Visitors are welcome for a weekend, but no more days than that.
- I am on a wait list for central AC & noise reduction from the airplanes. I do have an in unit AC & lots of fans!
-I prefer a quiet, quaint, low key household, I do not host parties but I sometimes have friends over.
