Well located Hotel
Very good located. We had a room in the 14th floor with a great view on Westminster. Staff is very friendly. The service for breakfast is a little bit chaotic and slow. Good Hotel.

Zu Empfehlen
Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (typical British). Die Lage ist grandios, man ist zu Fuss in knapp 15 Minuten an allen interessanten Orten in London. Das Zimmer war gut. Leider (älteres Gemäuer), wenn man laute Nachbarn hat, kann es sein, dass man diese hört (aber nicht schlimm). Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und hier ein Lob an Tatjana und (leider das Namensschild verpasst) auch an die Dame die immer im blauen Hemd arbeitet. Aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Aber wie schon erwähnt, alle Angestellten im Hotel waren super. Ganz kleiner Malus: die heisse Schokoladenmilch fanden wir ein wenig überteuert. Aber alles in allem, sehr gerne wieder.

Von 3 Aufzügen war einer mehrere Tage defekt. Und das Personal hat die verbleibenden Aufzüge auch noch benötigt. Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war mehrere Tage defekt und man wollte für einen Cappuccino noch extra Geld. Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer und die Organisation ist mehr als verbesserungswürdig. > viel zu wenig Personal. Über ebookers war das Zimmer teurer als direkt, wir hatten nur ein Zimmer im 8 Stock und die ganze Zeit waren im Nebenzimmer Kleinkinder, die ganze geschrien haben. Wenn ich schon 7 Tage in einem Stadthotel bin erwarte ich ein besseres Zimmer.

Zuerst hatten wir ein muffiges Zimmer, konnten dieses nachher wechseln. Man muss immer Vorkasse leisten. Zuletzt bei der Abrechnung konnte man erst im Nachhinein die Belege sehen, was dazu führte, dass wir zu viel bezahlten. Eine sofortige Reklamation führte zwar dazu, dass der Betrag zurücküberwiesen wird, dieser ist jedoch bis jetzt nicht eingetroffen. Wenn sie schon Vorauskasse wollen, dann soll die Rücküberweisung auch schnell funktionieren. Räume sehr klein, keine Frischluft, gegen Innenhof sehr laut, da darunter ein Club ist.

Die zentrale Lage besticht.
Die Lage ist top. Das Bett super bequem. Die Dusche war super. Eigene Kapsel Kaffeemaschine prima. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr klein und die Möbel recht in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
