Das Hostel lag sehr gut am Kensington Park und der Hydepark war nur ein paar Meter weg. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch verschiedene Undergrond-Linien waren schnell zu erreichen. Personal war sehr nett und die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt.

6er Zimmer ist sehr klein. Trotz unserer Buchung wollten sie dass wir das zimmer noch einmal bezahlen. Anscheinend konnten oder wollten sie nicht sehen, ob die Rechnung bereits bezahlt war. Ich konnte zum Glück den Kreditkartenauszug zeigen. Ansonsten wenn man nur ein Bett zum schlafen erwartet ist es okei.

Als wir (5) um 2 Uhr Nachts daa Hotel erreicht hatten und unser Sechsbettzimmer betraten waren 3 von den noch 5 freien Betten vom Vorgänger noch nicht abgezogen. Das Personal erledigte dieses jedoch schnell und hilfsbereit. Jedoch sollte eine tägliche Kontrolle der Zimmer schon erfolgen, wenn neue Gäste in das Zimmer ziehen. Das Zimmer war im schlechten Zustand. Die eine Leiter am 3-Stockbett war kaputt und somit wackelig, 2 Steckdosen im Zommee für 6 Personen sind zu wenig, der Spülknopf der Toilette war mit Panzertape notdürftig repariert, es war sehr sehr eng und die Betten bisschen sehr kurz, so dass ich mit 175m schon nicht so bequem schlafen konnte. Die Fenster waren schlecht isoliert, es zog und es war etwas Laut (aber die Lautstärke ist gut zu ertragen, da die Straße nachts kaum befahren ist). Die Badezimmeramaturen sond stark in die Jahre gekommenen. Das Frühstück beinhaltet Kaffee (der schrecklich schmeckt) Toast dazu Butter, Marmelade und Nussnugatcreme. Außerdem gab e eine kleine Auswswahl am Cornflakes und Müsli mit Milch (insgesamt 3 Sorten). Alles im Hostel kostet extra, auch die Bettschubladen. So standen 6 Koffer im eh schon viel zu kleinen Zimmer. Das Hostel verfügt über eine nette Bar in der man auch selbst Sachen mitbringen kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sein beste gegeben unseren Aufenthalt schön zu gestalten. Auch die Nachtruhezeiten von 22 Uhr bis 07 Uhr wurden eingehalten. Die Lage reißt bei dem Hostel einiges raus.

The best way to stay cheap.
Really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. Staff were all very kind. Rooms are small and simple but fine. Just few minutes to walk to Kensington Gardens. The underground is really close as well. I'm going to come back!

Leider jeden Tag Stromausfall
Scheinbar war irgendwo eine Wasserleitung undicht und dadurch ist ein Kabel nass geworden - immer wieder sprang der FI raus und wir standen ohne Licht in der Dusche o.ä. Team war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber Sauberkeit eher mangelhaft. Für Londoner Verhältnisse aber in Summe ok.

Uncomfortable hotel in a good location
The price/performance ration is very low. I have booked a double room, the quality of the beds are terrible. Bath room is OK. The check-in and check out is very efficient. Also the service of the people is OK, I think they try to do their best. The breakfast is very simple. This hotel seems to be a mix-up of a hotel and youth hostal. There is no clear concept.

'okay'-room for an 'okay'-price
We used to stay there for one night. We'd booked an hotel room. Basically it was ok, even when the check-in time was wrong and the hotel room a renovation needed.

Internet was unusably slow
When booking a hostel, it's reasonable to expect a clean bed and internet. In this case, the internet was so slow that it was not usable. It was also an unpleasant surprise that guests must purchase towels when they check-in. That is not transparent during booking. I will not be staying here again.

Adorei a estadia. O pequeno almoço estava incluso e não sabia. Foi uma agradável surpresa. O atendimento do pessoal sempre impecável. Tem um grande favor positivo, o facto de deixaram guardar as malas antes e depois do check in / check out. Fica a 5 minutos de uma estação de metro e 1 minuto de uma paragem de autocarros. Super central. Quem quer visitar a cidade e fazer quase tudo a pé, super recomendo a estadia. A internet super funcionou bem, durante toda a minha estadia. O pequeno almoço tem pouca variadade, mas o pouco que tem e bom. Como forma de melhorar, apenas refiro que deviam de ter cofres nos quartos privados.

This place is amazing! Good location, good price and good customer service. I got a private twin room for one month. For the check-in I was assisted by Lionel and Tiffany, who were extremely nice and professional! They are above and beyond. The hostel offers free Wi-Fi, daily breakfast, room service every day, a communal refrigerator and laundry facilities. It is a clean and a well-maintained hostel. I will definitely stay here every time I visit London. There is simply nothing negative to say about it! Hyde Park, tube/bus stations, grocery stores and good restaurants are nearby. Safe neighbourhood!

We were only there for one night but slept well. The beds were comfy and room was clean. It was also quiet! Good value for money. The only issue was not being able to get down in the lift from the top floor, one of us has to walk with a stick so it was difficult.

Single Ensuite
The single room with an ensuite bathroom/shower was perfect for my short business stay. It provided comfort in the perfect location, at a great price! Check-in was fast and easy, the room was easy to access using the lift, it was clean and efficient. There is a small kitchen on the lower level, a café on the ground floor, and a pub next door. There is also a small grocery across the street. I highly recommend it!
