Modernes Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten. Gelegen nur 5 Minuten von der King’s Cross and St. Pancras-Station zu Fuß entfernt. Hotel liegt recht zentrumsnah. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. ABER... Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen. Wenn man weiß, dass einige Zimmer keinen WLAN-Zugang haben, dieses aber verspricht, ist es schon eine Täuschung. Beim Zimmertausch funktionierte dann der Fön nicht und die Klimaanlage hat ihr Bestes gegeben und die ganze Nacht kalte Luft ins Zimmer gepustet. Man kann sie ausstellen, allerdings springt sie nach 5 Minuten wieder an. Wenn man glutenfreies Frühstück anbietet, sollte man darauf achten, dass die Krümel nicht überall in den offenen Joghurtportionen usw. zu finden sind. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Option für Durchreisende ohne WLAN-Bedarf und Ansprüche bzw. Unverträglichkeiten. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön.

Es sollte vorab klarer kommuniziert werden, was ein Early-Check-In oder die Aufbewahrung von Gepäck kostet. So waren wir vor der Check-In-Zeit im Hotel und wollten zumindest unsere Koffer einlagern. Zunächst war nur ein kostenpflichtiger Early-Check-In möglich, den wir ablehnten. Auf die Frage, ob wir zumindest die Koffer schon im Hotel lassen könnten, wurde ebenfalls mit einem kostenpflichtigen Angebot erwidert. Als wir erneut ablehnten, war ganz plötzlich doch schon ein Zimmer bezugsfertig und wir konnten vor der eigentlichen Zeit kostenlos einchecken. Offensichtlich versucht man zunächst, noch ein paar Pfund aus dem Gast herauszukitzeln. Das wirkte nicht besonders professionell und hat bereits den ersten Eindruck getrübt.

Simple aber sehr gut. Das Bett war für uns etwas zu schmal aber für zwei Nächte voll okay. Sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr simpel, man darf nicht all zu viel davon erwarten. Allerdings kostet es nichts extra und man bekommt leckeren Kaffee. Ebenso hat man die Möglichkeit sich etwas für unterwegs mitzunehmen. Das ist ein absoluter plus Punkt! Wir würden wieder hier her kommen.

Die Zimmer im Kellergeschoss hatten keine Fenster aber das war ja so auch aufgeführt. Da sich das Zimmer direkt unter der Lobby befand, war es auch nachts etwas lauter (Kofferrollen und Fusstritte).

Bei unserem kürzlichen Aufenthalt im Point A Hotel in St. Pancras, London, waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung. Das herausragendste Merkmal dieses Hotels ist zweifellos die Gastfreundschaft des Personals. Sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zeigten eine Hilfsbereitschaft, die weit über das normale Maß hinausging. Ihr Engagement für unseren Komfort und unsere Zufriedenheit machte unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm. Das Hotel und unsere Zimmer waren äußerst sauber und gut gepflegt. Trotz der beschränkten Größe waren die Zimmer clever eingerichtet. Zukünftige Besucher sollten jedoch beachten, dass die Zimmer wirklich klein sind, mit gerade genug Platz für ein Bett und sehr begrenzter Bewegungsfreiheit. Dies könnte für Reisende, die mit viel Gepäck unterwegs sind oder planen, viel Zeit im Zimmer zu verbringen, eine Herausforderung darstellen. Auch das Badezimmer, obwohl sehr sauber, war ziemlich eng. Der Platz zum Duschen und für die Toilettennutzung ist begrenzt, was für einige Gäste vielleicht nicht ideal ist. Trotz der räumlichen Einschränkungen fanden wir, dass das Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet, besonders in Anbetracht seiner hervorragenden Lage – nahe an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsanbindungen. Es ist perfekt für Reisende, die einen sauberen, sicheren und freundlichen Ort zum Übernachten suchen, ohne großen Luxus. Insgesamt würden wir das Point A Hotel für Besucher empfehlen, die großen Wert auf eine ausgezeichnete

Wir waren für eine woche da. Es war sehr ordentlich und das Personal hat uns rund um die Uhr geholfen wenn wir mal was brauchten. Das einzige negative war für uns die größe vom Raum, da es doch für 2 Personen recht klein war. Aber alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Modernes schönes Hotel
Ein sehr modernes, ansprechendes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Einchecken kann man am Tablet machen, es ist jedoch immer ein Hotelmitarbeiter am Check-In Counter, der mit 3 Tablets (wenn ich mich richtig erinnern kann) ausgestattet ist. Der Hotelkarten-Schlüssel wird über den Selbst-Check-In selbst aktiviert, wenn man eine Karte aus den Kartenschachtel auf die Aktivierungsfläche legt. Das Zimmer war im Vergleich zu den anderen fünf Zimmern, die wir auf unserer 14-tägigen England-Reise als Paar gebucht hatten, das geräumigste, nicht unnötig groß, was aus Umweltgründen sinnvoll und als normaler Mensch vertretbar ist. Der Teller-Duschkopf ist mit der sehr feinen Jet Holes ausgestattet, der sehr wassersparend ist, das psychologisch erst auf den zweiten Blick auffällt. Leider ist das Schließen der Nachbartüren sehr deutlich zu hören (Körperschall), das ließe sicherlich noch etwas verbessern, wenn man sich nicht auf die Umsichtigkeit der Nachbarn verlassen kann. Das Frühstück ist auf Büfett-Basis mit Gutschein, die man beim Check-In erhält oder dort kaufen und zum Einlösen abgeben muss. Persönlich wären mir Toasts lieber. Der Kaffee-Automat steht zur jeder Tageszeit zur Verfügung. Ideale Nähe zur Kingscross Station, mit dem Bus schnell, bequem und auf oberirdisch Weg an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Immer wieder gerne.

We were in London for 10 days and went to 3 different hotels and areas. Point A Kings Cross is by far the best place to stay! Very compact room but served its purpose. Easy walking distance from King’s Cross. Lovely friendly staff and security entry. Only negative would be the noise as you do hear a bit of traffic and everyone’s doors / creaky floors.

Really conveniently located to St Pancras in Kings Cross. Easy access to transportation. Hotel was clean and modern, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, so maybe not ideal for an extended stay, but great for us for a short visit.

Very close to St. Pancras International. An easy 10 minute walk (for the walking impaired, there are ramps the whole way and easy crossing at the end of Argyle St.)

The property has been updated but the rooms are very small and condensed. They do not offer the typical room amenities that you would find in other high class hotel chains. Other than that it’s a cute hotel.

Super helpful staff. Small eating area but functional. Bathroom (room 209) needs a few minor repairs. Comfy bed. Wifi. Still to have breakfast so cant advise. Room small but adequate.

Nice that it is near the train station. Bathroom is extremely tiny and separated from the room by a frosted glass door which can be awkward if you aren’t staying with a significant other. Not bad on a budget.
