War bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Mir gefällt vorallem die Umgebung, nähe zum Hyde Park. Auch die gute Verbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit ist ein Pluspunkt.

I had a lovely stay here! Although my single room was quite small and for some reason had a high temperature inside, it was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable! The breakfast was just enough, not too big but had everything necessary. Also the employees were very kind and I had no issues at all during my stay here.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, abseits von zuviel Lärm. Die U-Bahnstation ist innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut, die Betten bequem, lediglich die Größe des Zimmers war mittelmäßig, aber zum "nur" Übernachten völlig ausreichend. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Location and cleanliness are just perfect. They make me want to come back again. The only negative side are very thin walls, but I guess in many hotels is situation like that.

Das Hotel wurde offensichtlich kürzlich renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr schön sauber. Ja, das Einzelzimmer war relativ klein, aber für diese Preisklasse in dieser Lage in London absolut in Ordnung. Wie in den meisten Hotelzimmer fehlen für meinen Geschmack ein paar Haken um auch mal etwas außerhalb des kleinen Schanks aufhängen zu können (z.B. die Jacke) Im Bad ist der eine Haken etwas wenig, zumal das Waschbecken nur wenig Abstellfläche bietet. Das Frühstück (continental) war insgesamt in Ordnung - nichts außergewöhnliches aber zweckmäßig für den Start in den Tag. Insgesamt finde ich das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert, besonders aufgrund der Lage und dem gepflegten Zustand.

Ruhiges Hotel, alles sehr sauber. Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und kleines, aber schönes Bad. Shampoo, Duschgel, Fön und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Kaffee, Tee, heiße Schokolade, Milch, Zucker und Kekse werden täglich aufgefüllt. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch zwei U-Bahn- Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Lage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut - in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sauber. Die Unterkunft selber ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es wirkt ein wenig desolat - vor allem die Fenster. Was wirklich stört, ist dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war. Zumindest war das im dritten Stock der Fall. Wenn im Zimmer oberhalb wer gegangen ist, dann war das so, als wäre jemand im eigenen Zimmer gewesen. Das darf einen nicht stören.

Es gibt schlimmere Schuhkartons (genannt Hotelzimmer in London). Immerhin gab es genügend Bügel, und das Bad war von noch erträglicher Größe. Personal freundlich u nd effizient. Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert. Es ist ärgerlich, dass man das Zimmer nicht ohne Frühstück buchen kann. Wofür die drei Sterne sind, ist mir nicht klar.

Wir haben 2 Nächte für einen Städtetrip in diesem Hotel verbracht. Dafür war die Unterkunft optimal. Grundsätzlich war das Hotelzimmer (vor allem für Londoner Verhältnisse) wirklich super. Einzige Kritik: -der Aufzug dauert ewig. Die Treppe ist nicht gut ausgeschildert. -das Frühstück kann man sich sparen. Nicht empfehlenswert

Tolles Hotel mit perfekter Lage in Bayswater. Die U-Bahn Stationen Bayswater und Queensway sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Kensingston Gardens liegen quasi vor der Tür. Für London-Verhältnisse sind die Zimmer von der Größe völlig in Ordnung und auch das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend.

Es hat alles rundum super gepasst, es war sauber, die Angestellten freundlich und höflich. Zimmer waren schön, sauber, sehr guter Zustand, nur durch die Matratzen waren beim Liegen die Federn zu spüren. Einziges Manko: die Handtücher werden tgl. getauscht, sogar die Seife nach 2 Tagen entsorgt. Trotzdem die Handtücher aufgehängt waren. Es gab auch nicht die Möglichkeit das selbst zu entscheiden. Ausser auf den kompletten Zimmerservice zu verzichten. Das ist in Zeiten von Umweltschutz und Aufrufen zum Wassersparen nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von zwei U-Bahn Stationen und dem Hyde Park sowie zahlreichen guten Restaurants bzw. Supermärkten. Einfach eingerichtet, alte Bausubstanz, die größtenteils renoviert wurde, aber alles sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Frühstücksangebot nicht üppig aber ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr für einen Sightseeing-Aufenthalt in London zu empfehlen.

es war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit!!!! bezüglich Umweltbewusstsein koennte man die zur Verfügung gestellten Shampoos und Waschgels in wiederauffuellbare Behälter geben und bei den Badetüchern wäre eine Regelung wie am Boden liegen/bitte austauschen/sonst nicht...wurde nämlich täglich automatisch gewechselt/das wäre nicht notwendig

Das Hotel hat genau meinem Erwartungen anhand der Fotos und Bewertungen entsprochen. Das Zimmer war hell und sauber, das Bad (wie es bei diesen Londoner Hotels üblich ist) sehr klein aber ebenfalls sauber. Das Personal war durchweg nicht Britisch und wegen starken Akzent teils schwer zu verstehen, aber immer sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich kontinental. Wer gerne verschiedene Wurst und Käse isst wäre sicherlich nicht so auf seine Kosten gekommen, an süßen Sachen gab es deutlich mehr Auswahl. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist die gzte Lage. Zur nächsten Ubahn Bayswater dauert es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. Auf dem Weg dorthin finden sich viele Restaurant und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Rundum genau das richtige für ein pasr Tage in London, bei denen man keine Unsummen für das Hotel ausgeben will.

Zimmer klein aber mit allem Notwendigen und Extras (Tee, Kaffee Bereiter) ausgestattet. Frühstück könnte "englischer" sein. Personal sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert, kleinere Bitten wurden raschest erfüllt!

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen Städtbesuch. Zwei Underground Stationen in der Nähe, alles gut zu erreichen und der Hyde Park sozusagen vor der Tür. Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück, schnelle Reparatur bei defektem Lavabo. Wäre schön, wenn der Umwelt zuliebe die Badetücher nur dann gewechselt werden, wenn der Gast sie bereitlegt dafür.
