Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war einfach nur wunderbar und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und im Hotel war es auch in der Nacht ruhig. Liegt unmittelbar an einer U-Bahnstation. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut. Die besten Pommes, die wir je gegessen haben und die Burger auch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn wir nochmals nach London kommen, würden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Gute Lage, gute öffentliche Anbindungsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, etwas modernisiert, das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmeraussicht ist nicht so prickelnd und daß man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sauber, ordentlich und schick. Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Morgen die gleiche Auswahl, da hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht (Tower of London und Tower Bridge). Beim Personal gibt es nette und nicht so nette Mitarbeiter ;) Im Poolbereich gibt es zu wenige Liegen. Der Saunabereich direkt neben dem Pool ist auch eher ungünstig, dadurch fehlt die nötige Ruhe zum entspannen. Die Lage ist super - perfekte Bahn- und Busanbindung und zu Fuß kann man einige Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen.

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Wasserhahn z.B. sehr abgenutzt und verkalkt - und der Teppichboden riecht auch nicht mehr ganz frisch. Aber das Bett war gut, die Handtücher und TV waren auch super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir würden trotz der ersten beiden Punkte wohl wieder kommen.

Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugeteilt, was wirklich schrecklich gerochen hat. Auch nach längerem lüften ging der Gestank nicht weg. Bei der Frage ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten, wurde erst einmal gesagt, das alles ausgebucht sei. Nach einigem hin und her war dann doch ein Zimmer frei. Das neue Zimmer war neben den Aufzügen und ein Fenster zur Strasse hin konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden. Dementsprechend laut war es. Das meiste an diesem Hotel hat seit Jahren keinen Handwerker mehr gesehen.

Good location and a friendly crew
The hotel is located directly on Tower Hill station which makes it very easy to get anywhere in town. The hotel crew were very friendly and extremely helpful and made a sincere effort to assist and make me feel welcome and satisfied. The price was reasonable compared to other similar hotels in the area.

Unser Start war nicht so gut,wir bekamen ein kleines Zimmer mit Aussicht auf eine graue Wand,keine Schränke und sehr klein,das Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Mit Kontaktaufnahme und Unterstützung von ebookers bekamen wir ein gutes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Vielen Dank. Schade ist,dass es nur einen kleinen Teil im Schrank für Kleidung hinzulegen gibt. Der verstopfte Abfluss putze ich dann selber,da dem Zimmermädchen anscheinend egal war,dass das Wasser nicht ablief (Dreck von längerer Zeit).Zustand schon bei Ankunft so. Der Rest vom Hotel war gepflegt. Frühstück war super.

Leider fühlt man sich nicht sehr willkommen wenn man um 14 Uhr einchecken will, der Check Inn aber erst ab 16 Uhr möglich ist. Man hätte aber für 40 Pfund mehr das Zimmer gleich beziehen können. Das ist frech bei einem Übernachtungspreis von ohnehin 250 Euro . In der Nacht , als wir dann erneut versuchten einzuchecken , wurde dann die Reservierung nicht gefunden und wir mussten nachweisen dass alles bereits bezahlt wurde. Es dauerte eine halbe Stunde bis man dann endlich aufs Zimmer konnte. Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung nur leider mit Ausblick auf eine Wand im Innenhof. Alles in allem enttäuschte und der Service im Hotel.

Super Lage, ruhig und zentral. Inmitten von Tower, Towerbridge und Skyline. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schade, dass der Zutritt zum Hallenbad für Kinder zeitlich begrenzt ist. In der Regel stammt der Lärmpegel eher von Erwachsenen.

Hotel mit reduziertem Service
Großes Hotel, leider zu Corona Zeiten mit eigeschränktem Service. Über Hotels.com buchende Gäste bekommen anscheinend immer die kleinsten Zimmer nach hinten raus mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof. Die Zimmer wurden nur nach expliziter Aufforderung gereinigt, ebenso die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Room Service war auch zeitlich limitiert. Das SPA ist super, 25m Becken, diverse Saunen und Dampfbäder. Das Gym ist ist sehr gute ausgestattet. Die Lage ist unbezahlbar, 100m von der Tower Hill Station.

Nice hotels with good amenities, had plenty of room, etc. Clean and reasonably close to public transportation and sites. Wonderful front desk staff!
