Sehr gut, aber Frühstück besser auswärts!
Das Hotel hat einen sehr hohen Standard mit aufmerksamen Personal. Das Zimmer entsprach 5 Sternen. Nur das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Es war ziemlich teuer, aber dies scheint ja für London und Juni normal zu sein.

Sehr schönes City Trip Hotel!
Wunderbares kleines Stadthotel in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Stadtteil von London. Das Hotel hat großartigen Service und ein Michelin-Sterne Restaurant dabei (Thai affine Küche abends). Keine 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn "Hyde Park Corner" und damit auch zum Hyde Park. Etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Buckingham Palace. Die meisten Botschaften sind dort angesiedelt, nette kleine Boutiquen, Bars und Restaurants rund ums Hotel.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay there again.

Excellent location, ALL staff super friendly and efficient, including concierge, no problem booking taxis, front desk so helpful, waitress outstanding and incredibly good breakfast, rooms lovely but couldn’t completely suss the lights (complicated - minor negative for us). Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

If I could give this property six stars for service I would. Every possible accommodation was made and every single staff member was incredibly kind, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and virtually adjacent to Hyde Park. The breakfast was wonderful, and the room was large, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is physically quite beautiful and it sits in the wealthiest neighborhood in London. The only possible negatives were the AC being slightly less cool than we would have liked (but probably more than adequate for most) and the shower curtain was hard to open and close. But when we mentioned the AC issue the hotel immediately brought us a fan that completely took care of the problem. I would/will stay there again without hesitation, and, again, would rate it six stars if I could for the impeccable service.

Quiet and exceptional luxury
Amazing boutique hotel with a luxurious feel and large spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Quiet and in the heart of Belgravia within literally minutes walk to Hyde park. A real gem of a place. Only had a cappuccino( didn’t try the food) and it was fantastic!

Fantastisk hotel med super serviceorient personale
Det er et skønt hotel der ligger i en af de grønnere og relativt velbeslåede dele af London vi nød de smukke omgivelser men også i særdeleshed det hyggelige hotel. Personalet var ekstremt servicemindede og venlige. Værelset var stort og hyggeligt med fint badeværelse. Vi kunne ikke have valgt et bedre hotel og vil helt sikkert vende tilbage næste gang vi tager til London!

Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft und Komfort des Zimmers
Not a hotel. More of serviced apartment.
I booked the hotel based on the reviews and the rating. Honestly, the hotel does not deserve the rating or the good reviews. The hotel condition is kind of old and not renovated specially the bathrooms. Overall the vibe is not a hotel vibe, it is more of a serviced apartment vibe. 2 more important things. First, i found a big bug in my room and it was a spider i think. I told them and nothing happened. Second, at the check out they tried to make me pay 5% extra service while my booking was paid in full in advance and when i refused they told me that the 5% is optional and it us ip to me if i dont want to pay it!!!! Very strange and not acceptable.

I have checked your reservations and following your call a week prior to arrival announcing an early arrival, we decided to up-grade you for free in our popular COMO SUITES with balcony ( we only have 2 of those) with an early check-in for 10am.Our Head concierge has also used successfully his contacts with 2 extremely popular restaurants booking you required last minute.Upon check-in you were explained the 5% discretionary service charge applied on the NET room night and you told that you will decide to pay it at the end of your stay. When you asked for it to be removed upon check-out , it was done swiftly. This service charge is very common in 5* property in London.I am sorry you have found a spider in the room. You were staying in a room with a balcony and this little creature is not easy to spot and does not reflect on a bad housekeeping.Our bathrooms are the original ones from 31 years ago. Our guests are usually well impressed by the quality of the premium marble chosen and the classic elegant feeling. I am truly sorry you were not charmed by it. Once again, I am sorry if we have not meant your expectations.Kind regards,

Room very spacious, modern, one of the best bed I have ever slept in. Location very good between knightsbridge and mayfair, very quiet area. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

We had no air conditioning and even after the technician came it still wasn’t working. It was uncomfortable in the evenings. Also the drilling started early in the morning and woke us up a few times during our stay. Staff were very accommodating and extremely efficient. Overall we would go back.

Disappointed
We were excited to stay at the Como Halking and the check-in was long. The A/C sytem didn’t work during our stayed. The solution was to sign a waiver for safety reason for the hotel and open the window at nigth. They showed us another room and the heating/cooling system was broker. Then another room, one of the smallest one and not a very appealing roon to us where the a/c was also a problem. They said their engineers disn’t know how to fix it the problem. We ask for an ironing board the first nigth and nobody removed it or even put it away for our stay. The tray of fruit they had put in our room the first day stayed there until the third day even if there were left over fruits on the plate. Nobody to help with the luggage. Someone went inside our room while we were sleeping at 7:00 am while the “do not disturbed ligth was on”

The A/C situation caught us by surprise too and we have had to source intervention from an A/C specialist. You have raised fair points that I have addressed with the team. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and 5* service
We had a wonderful stay at the Como. The hotel is beautiful and our room was amazing, spacious and so comfortable. We were treated incredibly well and all of the little extra touches from the staff such as a drink on arrival and the turn down room service made our stay extra special. We have already recommended the Como to family members and we would love to return again in the future!
