The room and the bathroom were small but this is normal for London. The reception is open for 24 hours. There is no breakfast available at the hotel, but you can buy beverages and food at the reception for a good price. The hotel is very near to Kings Cross underground. Nearby there are many restaurants and some pubs.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, furnishing ok. I didn't like the fact that I made some special requests they did not consider at all (no guarantee, ok..). I didn't like the fact that our room was in a different building than the reception and this was not advised. They also put a single mom with kid at the 3rd and last floor without lift. Lack of sensitivity and attention.

Our hotel has three buildings, and when we checked your booking, we discovered that you did not request the lowest floor in advance by messaging us. Nonetheless, we considered that we gave excellent service, a clean room, and good value for money. Äußerst praktische Lage
Superpraktisch gelegenes Hotel nahe Kings Cross/St Pancras International (drei Gehminuten). Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Brandneu renovierte Zimmer (wir waren in der Dependance, Hausnummer 20), alles in bestem Zustand. Wie in London üblich allerdings relativ klein.

Die Preis-Leistung stimmt grundsätzlich. Die Lage iat super und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer im UG (mit Fenster) und es war eher laut. Wir haben die U-Bahn unten durchfahren gehört und auch die anderen Hotelgäste hat man gehört.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von King's Cross und St. Pancras. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, Rezeption freundlich, aber die Zimmer äußerst klein. Einen Koffer kann man nur auf dem Bett öffnen. Der Preis mag für London ok sein, ist aber der teuerste unserer Reise im kleinsten Zimmer.

Very central, clean hotel with superb stafg
Fantastic stay at this family owned hotel. Rooms are not super big but enough for a few nights stay. We even managed to fit in our stroller. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Plus the location was fantastic, especially when taking the train. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cramped room despite being a room for four persons. I sufficient towels in room despite being reserved for multiple adults. Room was across the street in another building and it was a difficult hallway to maneuver with luggage. Remote control looked as if it had never been cleaned, but the rest of the room was clean.

This property was super convenient for us as it was a block or two from St. Pancreas. The room was cozy and comfortable. It was in the basement and could be tricky with a lot of luggage. The fan in the closet was a nice touch.

Great location coming off Eurostar. It is not a hotel though. Even for London. Was clean and tidy. Staff were good. All down hill from there. Tiny room 8m2. Hot and noisy. Shared tiny shower and toilet for whole floor of 6 rooms. Constantly noisy from doors opening and closing. No lift and narrow staircase to 3rd floor. Would not recommend.

We have been in the business for 50 years, delivering clean, well-maintained affordable rooms with loyalty and dignity. I confirmed that you booked a Budget Basic Room, and all of our rooms are standard in size and specific to the number of occupants. We apologise if your expectations for the space are too high, as we are a budget hotel in the heart of the city with very clean rooms, and the majority of our guests enjoy their stay and recognise the helpful staff we have.You were given the choice of making your room or booking into an ensuite, but you declined and left us a negative review despite the fact that we are doing well and that all of our staff are working hard to ensure that every one of our guests is satisfied.We do not allow such statements because we are committed to our service. Brian, in the future, I would propose that you book a five-star hotel near us, as you anticipate a luxurious and big room at our budget hotel. We wish you all the best .Best of luck,

Good location close to kings cross station but for that’s where it ends - we were located in another building across the road, no cooling for such a small room or fridge to house any drinks for our 3 nights

We appreciate that you found our hotel to be an interesting place to stay during your vacation because of our very clean facility, comfortable beds and excellent location in the heart of London, just across from the EUROSTAR and Kings Cross underground stations, which are the city's central transportation hubs. However, given that London is a cold city, we apologise that your room lacks air conditioning and that we only provide fans inside rooms. Also, we have a fridge for our visitors that they may access with the help of our receptionist, and we apologise for not informing you.Kind regards,

Location is great and front desk person was nice . It’s just so so so small and tight ! No place to put luggage or even turning around . I am a small person. Can’t imagine how big people would fit .
