Absolutely Superb! Highly Recommended

Absolutely delightful. Warm welcome, stunning property and super clean. Loads of plug sockets which is a refreshing change compared to hotels which have one opposite the bed! I would definitely recommend to anybody and would stay again

Fabulous place for the area

Perfect location for the people I was visiting for a few days . Handy for Ilkley, RHS Harlow Carr and so many other places I love . Good eating facilities nearby . Will come back again soon

Property only has 3 rooms but as we were the only ones staying we had free reign of the communal area which is huge. Room was a good size and very clean. Bev the owner is very friendly and would highly recommend staying here to anyone

Good accommodation with a Twist

Great overnight stay, warm welcome, nice room with comfy bed, very clean with everything we needed, including good Wifi. Breakfast was a little unusual as we had to go to little café just up the road, but they were very efficient & friendly & the breakfast very good.

Great communication before day of arrival with excellent directions. Communication also on day of due arrival. Was able to arrive in advance of the stated check in time. Cannot fault the room or service provided. Would stay at Hillcroft barn again without thought

Great B&B. Will definately use again.

Very friendly owners. The barn was immaculate, lovely lounge area. Bedroom was a great size and very clean. Very nice decor. Went for a meal the night before to Coopers Bar which was within easy walking distance. Parking was also convinient. Stayed here as we were flying from Leeds Bradford the following morning and it is really close by, however our business trip was then cancelled due to the snow. Though very happy to have stayed here anyway. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we needed to be in the area in the future.

Lovely place to stay

A lovely place to stay, new conversion so still new and furnished to a high standard. room lovely, common area well equipped, felt safe and secure. Room and bathroom high standard. only strange side was breakfast being provided in a cafe across the street and on road access to the gates. Were given warning about these though before staying.

Ideal location

Chosen from the website mainly for the location . It was close to friends who had just moved to Guiseley . It was a 10 minute walk from my friends but only a few minutes from shops , bars and restaurants. It was also only 18 minutes from Harlow Carr gardens . Easy to find , friendly host , called Bev . Very clean and comfortable room . Quiet despite being on corner of a main road . Secure parking through the double gates Will come again

In a convenient location, with good facilities

Property is in a convenient location with lots of facilities nearby. It is beautifully presented and my room was comfortable and very clean. The only downside is it is on the corner of a busy road and, because I am used to a quiet environment, I found the traffic noise quite distracting.

Home from home

My boyfriend and I wanted a break away and decided to stay at hillcroft barn, I'm so glad we did as it exceeded our expectations. The owners of hillcroft barn were very friendly and keen to make sure we were happy, offering advice on where to go for food and drinks. The room was beautiful, there was nothing that isn't thought about! The whole feel of the place was like home from home. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
