The house is spread over two floors.
The ground floor offers a kitchen with a peninsula, fully equipped with the latest appliances (oven, refrigerator and utensils for convenient cooking), a large bright living room with a living and dining area, furnished with a sofa bed, TV and space to relax, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, on the other hand, there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin, all with spacious closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa also boasts a large garden and a veranda with picturesque views, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the place. In addition, there is the option of using the barbecue for outdoor cooking, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Private parking is available for added convenience.

The villa's location is perfect for those who want a quiet yet convenient stay, just minutes away from the beautiful beaches and main services.

Guests will have full access to the cottage, including garden, patio, and private parking.
The house is independent and offers total privacy. They will be able to use all the indoor amenities.
Towels and linens will also be provided.
The house is equipped with all necessary facilities.

A tourist tax of 2€ per night per guest applies. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

Guests are asked to maintain respectful behavior toward the property and neighbors.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If there is any damage to the property or property in the villa, please report it promptly to arrange for repair or replacement.

WASTE:
Please dispose of waste properly, using the sorted containers in the garden.

SAFETY:
Accommodating unregistered persons is not allowed. It is recommended that doors and windows be locked when leaving the property.
