There is private parking for 2 cars in the garage and another 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is available for additional vehicles but is extremely limited. This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours. Here you are surrounded by outdoor recreation opportunities, renowned cultural attractions, fun entertainment options, and easy access to retail and commercial areas. Plus, the area is famous for its near perfect climate, walkable neighborhoods, family friendly experiences, and endless supply of everything needed to create a perfect vacation. La Mesa is known as the Jewel of the Hills and the area’s abundant hiking and urban trails help tell the story. Just 5 minutes away is Mission Trails Regional Park home to Cowles Mountain and beautiful Lake Murray. The park’s rugged hills, valleys and open areas encompass more than 8,000 acres of both natural and developed recreational area with 60 miles of trails, and the lake offers swimming and boat rentals for fishing. Mount Helix, 10-minutes by car, is another great hiking spot that providing panoramic views and on clear days you can see all the way to Mexico from its summit! Be sure to also check out La Mesa’s "Secret Stairs", a system of public stairways in the Mt.
