Inside, you’ll immediately feel the warm and welcoming coastal atmosphere that flows throughout the home. The primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary featuring a plush king-sized bed that practically invites afternoon naps after long beach walks and sun-soaked adventures. Two inviting guest rooms offer cozy accommodations for everyone in your group — one with a queen-sized bed and another thoughtfully designed with a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, making it a favorite for kids and grown-ups alike. Every bedroom includes its own Smart TV, so everyone can unwind with their favorite movies and shows after a fun-filled day exploring the island. The spacious living room is truly the heart of the home, offering plenty of seating for the whole crew to gather comfortably around the oversized sectional. Whether you’re enjoying family movie night, catching up over snacks and cocktails, or simply listening to the rain roll in after a beach day, this cozy gathering space was made for togetherness. The condo also features three full bathrooms, including two walk-in showers and one tub/shower combo, giving everyone space to refresh and recharge with ease.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood feasts, complete with cookware, dining ware, utensils, and modern appliances for all your vacation cooking adventures. The adjacent dining area creates the perfect setting for lingering family dinners, game nights, and conversations that stretch long into the evening. Tucked near the back patio, you’ll also find a cozy nook space featuring a queen sleeper sofa that comfortably accommodates two additional guests. Step outside onto the spacious patio and embrace the slower pace of island life — sip your morning coffee beneath the palms, enjoy an evening cocktail in the coastal breeze, or gather around while the family grill master works their magic on cookout night. The private grill is available for your use anytime during your stay.

Just a short stroll away, guests can cool off in the nearby community swimming pool or hop aboard the seasonal shuttle service available from May through September to explore even more of beautiful Hilton Head Island. To make your stay easy and carefree, we provide bath towels for every guest, 10 beach towels for seaside adventures, starter packs of laundry and dishwasher detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and a sponge. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience throughout your stay. Please note that beach towels not returned upon departure will incur a $10 replacement fee per towel.
