„The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations. “

„Breakfast cold eggs and bacon and sausage Staff member when I first came in to check in was quick with me and turned me away rudely “

„The property was spotless from lobby, buffet, elevators to hallways and rooms. One guest elevator was down and that caused a small delay at busy times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time in Dallas, we will book this facility. Thanks to all the staff.“

„There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready. “

„Hotelsuite mit King- und Sofabett war sehr gross inkl. Küche. Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zum BossPro Outdorworld sowie zur Grapevine-Mall. Super Frühstücksbuffett mit American und Europ. Frühstück - das beste auf usnerer dreiwöchigen Rundreise. Zimmer waren trotz der Nähe zum Highway sowie zum Flughafen sehr ruhig. Airportshuttle gratis und kam nach Bestellung innert 30 Minuten (Traffic).“
