„For the cost of the stay, I thought it was phenomenal for what I paid. Everything was very clean and everybody I encountered was extremely accommodating. I stayed here as an alternative to the gaylord convention center for a conference that I had there, because it was more cost-effective, but everything was in very close distance and I had a great stay.“

„We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back. “

The only complaint I have is when I first called for the shuttle when we arrived the woman who answered was pretty rude and told us if we weren’t in the right spot (despite describing exactly where we were) the shuttle would only wait 5 minutes and then we would have to “uber our own way to the hotel”. “

„The property was spotless from lobby, buffet, elevators to hallways and rooms. One guest elevator was down and that caused a small delay at busy times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time in Dallas, we will book this facility. Thanks to all the staff.“

„Das Hotel hat noch dünnere Wände als in den USA schon üblich und man hat die Nachbarn auf beiden Seiten sehr deutlich gehört. Selbst eine einfache Konversation ist deutlich hörbar. Ich hatte die ganze Nacht Musik und Gesang im Nebenzimmer und an Schlaf war nicht wirklich zu denken. Das Personal schien das nicht zu interessieren und die Nachbarn waren auch nicht einsichtig. “
