I stayed at this property in March with my husband and our children (ages 8 and 10 years). The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen and dining table, good-sized family room and small living room with an upright piano in it. Thanks to the weather and closure of most businesses due to coronavirus, we ended up spending most of our vacation in the home.
The kitchen, bathrooms, carpets, and furniture are all in good shape. I've stayed in rentals where I was hesitant to sit on the furniture, but that wasn't the case here. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures (mostly the kitchen sink) show a little wear but nothing major. The backyard is big with lots of open space. Unfortunately it was rainy during our stay so we weren't outside at all.
The three negatives of this property were the outside, the kitchen items, and lack of organization. The exterior of the home needs some paint and maintenance. The backyard has all kinds of dirty and broken items (old chairs, balls, etc.) lying around. We had some trouble finding things because they weren't organized--pots and pans were scattered throughout various cabinets, for example. And some of the kitchen items are really dirty or old. We found expired items in the pantry, and a waffle iron that looked like it had never been cleaned.
The property manager was very responsive, answered my texts quickly and even dropped off items.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this home, especially for a large family. Love the sunroom!
