Exciting Granby Ranch adventures await you at this 3BR/2BA home! After a day on the slopes, snuggle up by the gas fireplace in the main living area, appointed with plush furnishings. On warm days, make use of the gas grill on the private covered deck. Other highlights include a second living room and garage parking. The convenient location near the owner’s lift makes it easy for skiers of any level to enjoy the trails. When you’re ready to venture out, Granby and Fraser each offer tasty restaurants and outdoor activities.

Located a short distance from the owner’s lift, you’ll enjoy easy access to the ski slopes. During warmer months, explore hiking trails and riverside scenery. Golfers will appreciate being three miles from the Granby Ranch Golf Course.

Just five miles away, the heart of Granby is home to local shops and restaurants. Drive 16 miles to Fraser to go fishing on the river.

Anchored by a gas fireplace with stone surround, the living area has an inviting lodge-like appeal. Relax on the sleeper sofa and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The second living area is outfitted with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. Prepare hearty mountain meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. In the morning, sip coffee at the kitchen bar. The dining area is perfect for greater company and conversation.

This two-story home sleeps 11 guests between three bedrooms and two full-size sleeper sofas (one in each living area). The primary suite features a king bed, a laptop-friendly desk, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hall.

The second bedroom includes a full-size bed and a TV. You’ll find a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin-size trundle in the third bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy mountain scenery on your private covered deck as burgers sizzle on the gas grill. The bistro table offers additional seating.

Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Parking is available for two cars, with one in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
Access to the front door is via three exterior steps.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats can be on property for loading and unloading during a 24-hour period. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight.
ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily.
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are never permitted.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location to spend Thanksgiving

Great location in Granby, the house was very very clean, minor wear and tear on the property but nothing huge. When I got there, I had a little trouble getting in the house, but the 800 number walked me right through it. Overall very happy and will be back.

Grandson Visit at Granby Ranch

Great house, very roomy and comfortable with a lot of kitchen conveniences. It was a little run down, but our dog got to stay with us which was a BIG plus. None of the TVs worked without the Roku remote, but at least they had games and a kid's cave, which was a lot of fun! We ended up leaving a cabinet full of things, so hats off and a BIG thank you to Lindy who helped get it to my daughter. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Nice place

The home was nice, but not perfect. There were a few minor issues. Refrigerator was out of order, so a mini fridge was delivered in the meantime. We were forced to keep some of our items out in the snow on the back deck and in the garage. Thankfully it was cold enough to do so. The coffee carafe was cracked, and the backup didn’t fit exactly right but we managed. There were no washcloths in the home, which we are not accustomed to doing without. Beds were comfortable. Sofa sleeper, not so much. All in all, we enjoyed our stay by remaining flexible.

Needs work

We stayed here for a skiing trip at Granby Ranch. Prior to our arrival I received an email stating the sofa sleeper was broken and the owner hadn't been able to fix it yet. I could accept that. When we arrived the hot water heater didn't work and they couldn't get it repaired during our four day stay so everyone had to take cold showers. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off the hinges and the TV didn't have any sort of channel service. I would recommend staying somewhere else. I have stayed in many short term rentals and this one was lacking the basics.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

I am not one to leave awful reviews unless absolutely necessary, but this one has to be shared. When we arrived we had NO hot water. Called that evening, could not get a human. It rang and rang. Next morning before skiing, got someone on the line who informed us that someone would come fix the issue. Two hours later, nothing. Called again, and they still said someone was coming. Around 4:30, still nothing. Finally talked to someone who said they would look for another place. Couldn’t find one, so we went our whole trip with NO hot water. Come to find out, a representative informed us that the owners were waiting on a part for the water heater. That would’ve been nice to know before we got there. Vacasa has the worst customer service I have ever received, and I assume future guests would like to know.

Great location, large gathering space

This house sits nestled into the mountain near the base of the Granby Ranch ski area. Very easy to get in and out and a great spot to stay for a group of skiers! The beds in the king and queen rooms were very comfortable. We had a couple of issues. The couch bed in the basement was missing many springs and the mattress was falling through. Also, it had dirty sheets on it when we arrived. The top bunk bed was also broken, the wood frame in the middle was snapped and unusable for the duration of our stay. I reached out to the property manager who responded right away and said someone from their local team would reach out but they never did. Also, there was mention of the owner's lift in the listing but no information was provided about that either. The property lists that it is pet friendly which we knew going in but if pet allergies are an issue, you are definitely going to feel it in this home. Overall, the location, kitchen and living spaces were nice but I would not rent this space again and will be cautious of a national rental company.

Great location and nice house. Rocky start as both bathroom tubs did not drain. Took a bit of effort calling an nagging but within 24 hours of checkin both tubs were fixed.

Best stay in Colorado yet!

We were most pleasantly surprised as we opened the front door! The pictures in the listing do not do the house justice....it is beautiful! We loved the location of this house as it was far enough away from busier towns and close enough to do everything we wanted to do. We mostly took this trip to get away and "unplug" for a week. We did a lot of hiking on nearby trails and stayed in the house quite often enjoying the BEAUTIFUL scenery and incredible spacious home! We were surprised at just how much was furnished for us...everything was over and beyond normal expectations! This was by far our favorite place to stay. The house sits in a cul-de-sac so not much traffic if you have small children. The views from both the front and back are breathtaking. Loved, loved, love dour stay! Thank you so much for helping make our vacation one that we will always remember!

Wonderful home!

My friends and I stayed at this home to get away from the city for a couple days. It was a wonderful, comforting place to be. I particularly appreciated the quality of furniture and dishes/glasses/kitchen supplies, as well as how professional and organized the management was (great communication). You can tell they really care about providing a quality stay for their guests. I would definitely recommend. Granby Ranch is also such a great neighborhood to be in, with other destinations a short drive away.
