Dieses entzĂŒckende Haus, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der historischen Innenstadt von Granbury entfernt, wird Sie in diese schöne und entzĂŒckende Stadt zurĂŒckbringen. Dies ist der perfekte Ort fĂŒr einen einwöchigen Urlaub oder einen Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Sie können zum Strand am Granbury Lake spazieren gehen, um sich im Sommer zu vergnĂŒgen. Es gibt viele GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants nur einen Steinwurf von unserem Haus entfernt.

Erbaut im Jahr 1947 ist unser Haus sĂŒĂŸ und gemĂŒtlich mit original Holzböden, Gusseisenwanne und einer riesigen Eiche im Vorgarten, perfekt fĂŒr einen Sommerabend auf der Veranda.

Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Gehen Sie in die Stadt fĂŒr eine Tasse Kaffee oder eine Show mit Abendessen. Es gibt auch eine historische Einfahrt in der NĂ€he, nur eine Meile entfernt, um ein bisschen Sommerspaß zu haben. Der nahe gelegene Granbury Lake lĂ€dt zum Bootfahren, Kajakfahren und Schwimmen ein.

Very convenient to Granbury square

Jackie was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. With hot summer temperatures, the AC was struggling during the day but cooled off at night. The house is cute but has a musty smell. We can recommend The Donut Hole, just a short walk and has great cronuts! We also enjoyed all the Square has to offer.

Just what we needed

The home was perfect for myself and my 2 friends. It was walking distance to the square, which worked out great for us because there was a festival going on and we didn’t have to worry about parking. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a low maintenance stay.

Must stay!

This is a absolutely fantastic home! The location is great. Less then a minute drive to the square. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house has so much space in the common areas. The host provides a good selection of family friendly games. The kitchen provides a great little coffee bar, along with cooking tools. The beds in the rooms are so comfortable. My family will definitely be staying here again. The host is quick to respond. Oh and the back yard along with the front porch rocking chairs! I can’t say enough great things about this home!

Soccer Tournament

We stayed in town due to your girls’ soccer tournament. Location was close to all field locations and to downtown. Property is more spacious than pictures show. Would definitely come back!!

Family Emergency

Had to rent this property for family members due to emergency disruption in main home. Emailed mgr to ask if we could enter early. Got no response. LAWN WAS HORRIBLE upon arrival. Day before family left, lawn crew showed up and proceeded to blow dusty piles of leaves all over our clean Audi A6. (Note: Lawn should've been ready BEFORE guests arrive). Also, funky smell within the entire house. This house served its purpose, but that is all.

Cozy but


Cozy and good location for shopping. Floor is different heights and bathroom is not ADA and really needs safety bar for everyone; it’s slippery! It is not really for six people; maybe 4adults and 2 kiddos. Temp was difficult to control. But it’s a cute little old house!

delightful

we had a delightful stay. the house is small but we were just fine with it for the 2 of us. it's very close to the town square. the kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives. (you never see that!) and olive oil (which i'd forgotten). it was chilly when i first got there but warmed up fast and also had 2 space heaters to take the edge off. Great tv, good internet, comfy bed and GREAT shower! also great long tub that they don't make anymore! we loved it.

Cute house, blocks away from the action

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday during Oktoberfest. The place is exactly as advertised and reminded me a little of my great-grandmother’s house. The two bedrooms are right next to each other, so if you are looking for privacy from the other guests, you would need to go to one of the many other rooms in the house. It would be perfect for parents who want to keep their children close by. We loved the house and if we go back to Granbury any time soon, we’ll probably stay here again.

Perfect little cottage

My 2 girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay! The little cottage was just perfect! It was small, but arranged in a way that made the most of every inch. The kitchen was nice and functionable. We didn’t cook, but did use the fridge, coffee station, and sink. The three separate living areas gave us space to visit together and separarately. The beds very very comfortable! An extra bathroom would be nice, but the one available served the purpose. The quiet neighborhood so close to downtown gave us a safe place to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Jackie responded each time I reached out in a timely manner, but certainly wasn’t intrusive. I highly recommend this property! â˜ș

Great Thanksgiving Week Home

Perfect place to enjoy our sons during Thanksgiving week. Close to walk into town and drive to nearby attractions. Only minus would be a dirty bath tub We stay here a year ago and enjoyed the new pots and pans and other kitchenware. Cozy home!!!

Cute house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is a cute and cozy house that is so close to downtown. We had a small problem with the toilet (turned out to be user error) and Jackie was on top of it, quickly solving the problem. There was lots of space for all of us, and a nice backyard area. Would def recommend!

Great Place and Location!
