Texas Vacation Home with Pool, Near the Beach

Soak in the brand new Cowboy Pool!! Tranquil and laid-back, this spacious holiday home is located in the popular Pirates Beach. With sleeping space for 18 guests— plus two master suites and a separate hang out space for the kids— there’s enough comfy square footage for everyone to kick back and find some privacy. A large, tropical outdoor space is perfect for pets and small children. With a barbeque area, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach, this home is pure Texas vacay bliss.

● Location: Pirates Beach beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: 0.3 miles from the Pirates Beach access point - 30 second drive or 5 minute walk!

● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
