Beautiful area and the home is comfortable with a quick walk to the beach.Pricing seemed fair for the area. We did take our parents, and we wish we had asked ahead of time about the bedrooms. 2nd/main level has 1 bedroom with a full and twin beds and a hallway bathroom. The King bedrooms with attached bathrooms are on the top floor. It was a little hard for the parents to climb all the steps.Beds were comfortable, there were enough towels throughout the home for bathrooms and the beach. The bathroom drains upstairs could use a plumber's attention.Kitchen had dishes/utensils etc. Zero condiments. There are a few additions that would be helpful for families looking to rent this place.- There is no Broom, when at a beach destination that would be a great addition; There is a vaccum but it really could be upgraded, it didn't work that great at all. The beach items are 6 beach chairs, 2 wagons, and 2 umbrellas. There were 2 boogie boards, and we left some sand toys,not sure if management will keep them there or not, as we were told that they did not have them- A cooler would be a great addition for the house, as there was not one there and management said there was not one available for them to bring us. - We did rent a cart from Salty carts but there is no parking down the lane for the cart, so we did not use that as much as we thought we would. It was a great week on the island, and we will definitely be back.
