Great Home and Process

This was a great home for our family vacation and was as advertised, it didn’t disappoint! Communication with the hose was a breeze. The pool was a great amenity and the occasional boat passing by in the canal was very cool to see. We enjoyed the nearby Pompano Beach and Pier during the day and good nearby restaurants all within a short drive. We would highly recommend this vacation home!

Location and Style

This property has everything a family needs. Lots of space plus an awesome location along the water. Owner has the house set up very well along with stocked with everything a person would need. We will definitely stay here again. Owner had great communication and quick response time. Owner has a couple of large boats one could rent and the back yard pool area was a great place to see the sunset from.

This house worked well for us… plenty of bedrooms and outdoor space was good We had young kids with us so some of the tables and furniture were not kid friendly kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots and dishes Be aware there are no chairs or beach equipment if you want to head to beach Also they charge extra if you want a heated pool It was ok for the infants/toddlers until the last day it got cold Convenient to restaurant and stores

Incredible Stay!

Wow! What an incredible luxurious property! The house is huge, well appointed with a big beautiful kitchen. The house sits on the canal/intercoastal with a beautiful pool and very large patio and dock that comes with 2 boats one can charter included with a captain. The location is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The property manager was very accommodating and accessible to our questions. We will definitely be back again!

Incredible property perfect for large groups

Cannot say enough good things about this house and property. If I could rate it above 5 stars I would. The house was immaculate, bedrooms and living spaces were all great sizes and included comfortable furniture. The outdoor space was the highlight of the home. Great size pool with stunning views. Our group took ubers to most popular destinations (downtown FLL, Delray Beach) which were within 20-30 minutes so easily accessible. The owner Obed was super friendly and communicative, a truly gracious host. Book this home - you will not regret it!

Best rental EVER!!!

Obed was the best host we've ever worked with! He was so welcoming and kept great communication from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. My husband and I said we'd consider him a friend now. The house was unbelievable!! It smelled like a spa when we walked in, it was spotless, the view was amazing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The ice machine in the garage was a nice surprise because it saved us from having to buy bags of ice or wait for the freezer to make more. It was perfect for our group in every way! The pool was a little cool at first, so I asked if it was possible to warm it up a bit and Obed took care of it immediately making it the perfect temperature. We will definitely be booking another trip!

A Stunning Stay with Every Detail Perfect!

We spent a spectacular weekend at this villa and truly didn’t want to leave. Every detail—was flawless and far exceeded our expectations.Our host, Obed, was outstanding. He was responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect before and during our stay.The outdoor space felt like a private resort: a beautiful pool with a tranquil waterfall, glowing nighttime lighting, plenty of lounge chairs and patio furniture, a fully equipped grill area. It was peaceful, elegant, and perfect for our group of seven to spread out and enjoy.Inside, the home is both luxurious and incredibly well thought out. The furniture is high-end, each bedroom had a supremely comfortable bed, and the bathrooms were spa-like, featuring multi-head showers and complete bathroom essentials provided. Fully stocked with fresh towels, linens and bedding, no detail was overlooked.The kitchen was a dream—with a massive fridge, huge island, and top-tier appliances including a Keurig, Nespresso machine and much more. Every kind of kitchen tool and serving platter you could imagine was there. All the TVs were huge and crystal clear! The location was also perfect: Publix, Whole Foods, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, & conveniences—all within a 2-mile radius. The beach is a 5-minute drive away. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want a luxurious escape, this villa delivers on all fronts. We’re already planning our next visit—and recommending to everyone we know!

Birthday Celebration Weekend

10 of us enjoying a long weekend birthday celebration had a great time around Ft Lauderdale and this property was a huge part of our experience. Obed the host was fantastic; he responded quickly to any questions/concerns/requests from before we even booked the listing up until the day we checked out and he followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. The property itself is beautiful. I have stayed at other properties before where I wasn’t thrilled with the house after check in compared to expectations from online pictures, but that was not the case with this house. I honestly was more impressed with the house after I saw it in person and all of my friends that attended were really impressed and comfortable. If you are looking for a house to celebrate any special occasion with a group of family or friends trust that you will enjoy this property. We also rented the speedboat for half a day and it was so much fun. They scheduled a stop at a fantastic restaurant on the water and we mixed up some time cruising through the waterway and speeding out on the ocean. Totally worth considering this as a fun add on as the boat picks you up from the backyard and the boat staff does all the work for you. Thanks again for an amazing time!

Amazing stay

What a great place to be ! We stayed at Obed house and we had a great time. We are already scheduled for another trip there later this year. The house was ready at 3 pm like promessed, we had asked the owner if we could bring our 24' boat the answer was yes right away. Upon arrival by the waterway one crew was there waiting to help us dock our boat, what a kind gentleman. Everything was clean and well maintained. All rooms are very comfortable with total blackout shade +very quiet , you can sleep late and there is room for everyone with this 5 bedroom house. All rooms are great size + everyone in our family had their own bathroom. Twin daughters 17 & son 19 . The pool is a great feature with a calming waterfall and great view of the intercoastal. The games in the garage provided us with many hours of fun. There is a Peloton bike in the garage and the area is safe for a jog or a walk. We had a BBQ and our guest felt at home right away with enough seats for 12 peoples +lots of parking . The set up of the outdoor grill is great. We did little cooking in the chef's kitchen with the gas stove. This is something you will want if you ever experience this. TVs are in every room, this is a resort for your whole family.The tankless water heater is great and there is always hot water for everyone to shower. The ice machine in the garage was big + for us. The owner's were always very kind and courteous, ready to answer any questions. Enough towels, pillows and blankets. Outdoor furniture is comfortable and the set up gives you privacy, it is a very quiet neighborhood and close to all by waterways or car. We had the greatest time, including easy to dock at night since it's all lighted up.at night which makes it beautiful. The 2 ac unit with nest thermostat is another great feature to this house. You can have temperature comfort in all the rooms. We were lucky to have great weather and the pool heated to 95 thanks to the owner. We stayed in the pool for hours. Last and most important, there is a surprise for you upon arrival. This is so thoughtful!. This is by far the best VRBO we have been to. considering I am very picky when it comes to my vacations. Please enjoy this house and take care of it like your own. This is what will make all of us want to go back.🤗 & hoping if we are good vacationers . Obed is # 1 VRBO host.

Wonderful house beautiful location extremely clean and great location. Provided excellent instructions about the house which was very helpful . I must admit I was put off by some of the demands e.g. stripping the bed linens and having to put them in the mud room also all the towels.

Amazing!!

This place is a gem! Gorgeous property in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We were a group of 10 and all slept very comfortable the beds were wonderful! And the showers alone were amazing I didnt want to come out! Haha The house is well stocked with everything you need (iron, pool towels, pool toys, game room in the garage, board games in the family room, smart TV’s. The kitchen too is well equipped it even had a Nutribullet blender! (I brought my own so I was surprised to see I didnt need to do that!). Special thanks to our host, Obed, who was very responsive and helpful. The house is high tech and very smart so we needed assistance with the air controls and they also were able to activate the pool heating remotely for a small fee which was great for our little ones. We would definitely recommend and come stay again. It was an awesome time!

Exceptional house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The inside of the house was almost brand new with top of the line appliances in the kitchen and laundry. They had created an almost spa-like atmosphere in each bathroom. It was pretty much close to every store and restaurant with quick access to the main road but the cul-de-sac it was on, was very quiet. Quick 10 mins car ride to Pompano Beach. You don't want to miss this house! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Couldn’t Ask For Better

From the time of booking, Obed was friendly and communicative. His home was perfect for our group of 12 girls celebrating a bachelorette party. The house itself was extremely clean and ready for our stay. The pool in the backyard overlooking the water was a dream! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to settle in for a few days and unwind - the proximity to downtown FLL was also a huge plus for us (~15 min ride to most places on our itinerary.) Thanks again Obed for a wonderful stay!

Outstanding Property

We have stayed at many properties but known compared to this location. High end finishes with all the necessary amenities to support a superior experience. House is exactly as depicted in the pictures in a great location. Owner is a wonderful host, very responsive and clearly takes great pride in his property. It was our privilege to have had the opportunity to rent this home and it has our highest recommendation.

I rented multiple houses in this area for the same purpose over the years this is no doubt one of the best. Very clean, very professional owner/manager. Everything is high end quality ... a truly welcoming and spacious mansion.

I was in love from the very moment I step in. The house is exactly how it looks on the pictures. Every room is well decorated. The house was impeccable everything smell fresh and everything was super clean. The hosts is a sweetheart. I will recommend this house to anyone. I will definitely stay again
