„I would recommend this place. It's perfectly silent all night (no traffic noise), good water pressure, a short walk from a large grocery store, and a 2 minute walk from a very good pub.“

„Booked a 2 night stay for our 1st Anniversary. Excellent communication from host. Absolutely wonderful to have been given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom lodge. Bedroom beautifully decorated with swan towels and rose petals - superb touch, along with anniversary banner on the door - thanks you. The lodge was clean cosy and home from home. Amazing views from the hot tub which was clean and covered with a veranda and fairy lights which made it perfect to relax. Would 100% recommend to anyone ...

„Die Lage war für uns als Hadrianswanderer ideal. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber für uns völlig genügend. Das Pub ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet sehr gutes Essen an, das man bei schönem Wetter draussen geniessen kann. Das Angebot war reichhaltig zu vernünftigen Preisen. Schade war, dass man erst ab 8:00 frühstücken konnte mit sehr wässrigem, teurem Kaffee. Es übernachten sehr viele Hadrianswanderer, die sicher beizeiten loslaufen wollen.“

„The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful“

„nice new cottages, high standards for UK.Enough parking space Missing: shampoo/body wash in the bath ( only shower) no hair dryer in the reeom ( Ash ) breakfst served as of 8.30 which is inconvenient for business travellers. Paid but skipped .“

„Arrived to be given a key and parking disc , friendly but nobody overnight at a reception, big room but found it very noisy with the seagulls and road noise as single glazed windows , tap wobbly and no waste cover in shower , should have unplugged the fridge as noisy at night on and off , no plug point near the dressing table so couldn’t see when drying hair , did smell like a greasy spoon !!!“

„It is not a hotel. It is a farmhouse converted into self-contained units, each with own bathroom. Rooms have fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Linen and towels are provided but no food option - bring your own. A very good idea for a buget option in an expensive area. Plenty of parking and area for children and dogs to play outside. Surrounding area is beautiful with paths across the common to Walberswick and Southwold.“

„Run down, ditry, old, overgrown, with trash in the garden/public areas. Someone walked in on me at 7:30am. Just not a good experience.“
