„Die Unterkunft war nicht sehr gut gereinigt. Das Gelände war sehr weitläufig und abgelegen. Die Abwicklung beim Check in und out war sehr gut und dauerte nur kurze Zeit. "Abhängig davon, in welche Richtung man will, ist die nächste Bushaltestelle entweder direkt gegenüber oder nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Ein Tesco Express und ein Boots finden sich auch nur wenig entfernt. Überhaupt ist man wunderbar angebunden, da auch Covent Garden direkt ums Eck ist und Charing Cross fußläufig erreichbar. Vom Portier zur Reinigungskraft zum Restaurantpersonal - jeder ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Sowohl die Drinks in der Hotelbar als auch das Essen im Hotelrestaurant waren fantastisch. Definitiv ein Hotel, das ich auch bei nächsten London-Aufenthalten in Betracht ziehen werde!"
