I booked this apartment as part of several business trips I make per year to Eindhoven, I would usually stay in hotels.
When I arrived on the Sunday, I found the apartment in a less than satisfactory state. The floors were dirty and sticky, clearly in need of a vacuum & wash, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes & the bed clothes were dirty & stained with make-up, hairs & even a patch of mold for good measure.
Upon arrival the WiFi signal in the apartment was extremely weak.
They never provided me with an activation code for the washing machine in the laundry room.
I called the emergency number provided and requested a cleaner immediately, they came and sorted the bed clothes however, the floor remained unwashed(for the duration of my stay) and the dishwasher was not sorted.
They wanted my credit card details again when I arrived, despite paying through this website & also I was being charged for 2 people, despite it just being myself there for the 2 weeks.
I decided I was still unhappy with the service, I emailed the the provided email address requesting my concerns to be addressed to this day I still haven't received a reply.
I spent everyday killing ants in the kitchen, kitchen table & toilet.
So, in summary. If you want an apartment in a good location, but lacks cleanliness, customer service & has an ant problem. This is the place for you.
Personally, I will not be booking here again, nor would i recommend it to my colleagues & friends.
