Gut: Komfort des Zimmers
Great stay but poor communication
The property is lovely and is in a great location. The house is well appointed and very spacious. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Although we did miss having internet to stream movies at night.
The negative thing was the lack of communication. We contacted the property the day before we arrived to find out how to enter the house. We were advised that we would be sent an access code for a locked box on our arrival date but only after the property had been cleaned.
Unfortunately, this didn't happen. We were en route when we sent a text but had no response. We then left several voice messages and emailed again but we still had no response. We arrived at the property at 5:30pm with still no info on how to access the house. We had started discussing if we would have to book a motel (even though we had paid for this property in full). My daughter decided to check around the back to see if a key had been left there for us. There was no key but she tried the back door and the house was unlocked. While we were then able to enter the house it was a really stressful situation that should never of happened. After we entered the property I sent another text to let them know we had gained access but still didn't get a response!
