Fresh air won't be hard to find with the private balcony, so bring your evening glass of wine out as the colors of the sunset reflect against the peaks. When the stars come out, the living area features a wood-burning fireplace, two sofas, and a flatscreen TV to cozy up and enjoy favorite movies before hitting the hay. Don't worry about dirty ski gear either, as a private washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Skiing is definitely the main draw here at Purgatory Perch, as you will have a free shuttle that will bring you to the slopes in no time at Purgatory Resort, just two miles south. Come summer, hiking and biking will be a great way to soak up the sunshine and fresh mountain air. When you need to grab a few groceries or want to check out the local shops and restaurants in the area, downtown Durango is 27 miles south! Be sure to check out Pinkerton Hot Springs on your way!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
