The Space:

SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the heart of Destin, FL and offers a plethora of amenities. Some of these include an outdoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand, a fitness center, sauna, and more! Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Plus, the Scenic Stays team is alway available at the 24 hour front desk.



SunDestin 1504 is a vibrant and spacious three-bedroom condo with sleeping for up to ten guests. Upon entering, you’ll see the first bedroom with a queen bed and one and a half bathrooms. At the end of the entry hall is the fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A high top bar sits three, and the large dining area sits six. The living area brings even more color to this bright space. There’s a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Step onto the balcony to find plenty of seating to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh gulf air. A sliding door opens into the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Pass the in-unit washer and dryer before you get to the third bedroom with two double beds and a private, full bathroom. You’re sure to have plenty of room for everyone in this three-bedroom vacation rental.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
