Take a day to discover charming seaside towns along the North Norfolk coast such as Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney where boat rides to the resident seal colony offers great memories. Larger towns include Sheringham and Cromer, famous for freshly caught seafood and end of pier entertainment. Family attractions inland include the Norfolk Broads with diverse wildlife, walking and magical waterways. Norwich is close by with theatres, cathedrals, museums, cinemas and shopping malls while sightseers and history buffs will also enjoy a trip to the former workhouse at Gressenhall.

Upon arriving at the bungalow, guests will enter the hallway, which has handy spaces for coats and shoes and seating before making their way through to the lounge. Here guests can enjoy comfortable seating on the two sofas which are arranged around the TV/DVD, providing a relaxing space to enjoy while watching your favourite programmes or delving into a good book. Also the wood burner effect electric fire creates a cosy atmosphere on those cooler nights. The contemporary kitchen/diner is well-equipped with everything needed to rustle up a gourmet meal. There is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher and the dining area is perfect for guests celebrating any occasion with contemporary lighting. The utility room provides a washing machine, and a tumble dryer a great place to dry muddy paws, and also access to the games room where children and adults alike can indulge their competitive nature with pool table, darts and assortment of games, perfect for those rainy days. There is a small table top freezer in the games room. A cloakroom comprising of WC and wash hand basin. The property has three bedrooms, the first being a king size bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), while the third is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with bath with hand held shower attachment, a separate shower cubicle, two wash hand basins with vanity units and WC.

Heading outside there is a large garden which the owners have enclosed a section of for your four legged friends to roam and enjoy. Al fresco dining and evening entertainment can be enjoyed on the patio with garden furniture and seating. There is outdoor storage for bike storage and the driveway can provide parking for four cars.
