? The homeowner resides on the first floor of the property. You’ll have exclusive, private access to the second and third floors for the duration of your stay.

✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2; Pet Fee Applies for $300; Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM.
