I never had trouble getting a spot within 50 feet of the house. There’s a wonderful park within walking distance and plenty of places to eat. All in all a wonderful experience.“

It was easy to find and good proximity to Hood River (which has great restaurants and very nice riverside park). We went on a few scenic drives that were really beautiful. There are lots of thoughtful details like coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and other amenities that you don't always have in a rental. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. „Lavishing in a hot tub deep in the forest alongside a clear, rushing river, flourishing rhododendron, and other flowers was the epitome of "forest bathing." It was cool, cloudy, and rainy during our stay, and we didn't care! Hot-tubbing in the rain is an exquisite experience. The home was just rustic enough to be an authentic cabin in the forest.
