„The Eagle’s Perch was a wonderful space for a relaxing weekend. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-supplied, and the house welcoming; the backyard and balcony seating, hot tub, and river access were major perks. „This basement apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, equipped with everything a family might need (we loved the jigsaw puzzles!) and impeccably clean. We especially liked that everything is new and in perfect working order. The home is quiet and cool with ample parking and the owners are friendly and considerate. We had a wonderful weekend, and would definitely stay here again! “

„We had a fabulous stay! The house is beautiful and in a really fun location. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and there's a grocery store just 3 blocks away. It was really hot the week we were there. I'm happy to report that the A/C worked great and kept the house cool.Tam was a wonderful host. Super responsive and had fun suggestions for things to do in the area. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Portland.“
