„This home was comfortable, charming, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was extremely well provisioned, the best I've ever seen. The cookware was top-notch and there were many extra cooking supplies which were very much appreciated since I was traveling with a chef. There were many thoughtful details that we enjoyed. I highly recommend this home.“

„It is a fun place to stay away from home. They have something for everyone here. If you want to go out on the lake or if it’s too hot or cold out you could cozy up on the couch or play in the game room. They have plenty of beds & blankets to use for your comfort. I hope to come back!“

„The place worked really well for the 4 of us, wanting to stay right in town for this trip. The living and kitchen areas were spacious with lots of light and we enjoyed the balcony with a view of the Grand Marais harbor to one side. The hosts really pay attention to detail, with kitchen tools, etc., although with so many good places to eat within walking distance, we didn’t do much cooking. (An added bonus was watching the 3 fluffy young gull chicks nesting on the flat roof next door.)“

„This is a great place to stay for a large group. Plenty of beds, common spaces, couches. Great yard with lake access. Jeff was incredibly accommodating and promptly responded to any messages we sent. The only concern is that the property is near a campground with quiet hours starting after 10 pm. It can make it a bit difficult to stay outside by the fire with big groups at night. Otherwise a great experience.“

„This was an excellent place to stay! We had a group of 8 and all slept comfortably. We did not have any problems with the home and the host was very easy to communicate with. On the first day, 2 of our group arrived early and said they really enjoyed talking with the host. Would definitely stay here again.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. There was ample room for our whole family. The grandchildren loved the Lilly pad, kayaks, and canoe. The hot tub was an added bonus as well. Lake Vermillion is always so wonderful- we only have good memories there. The host was very prompt in responding, and everything proceeded smoothly. I would definitely stay there again.“
