The first thing that hit us was the strong smell of cigarette, my husband who has bad allergies went outside of the property to get fresh air. In less than one hour we left the property and lost all of the money we paid to stay there. I reached out to the host and he did and was responding to me immediately. „Our stay at Joan’s place was amazing! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. There was AC in every room that kept us cool in the August heat. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, and quick to answer any question we had. It was a short walk to the Delaware bay to relax on the beach and watch the beautiful sunset.
