„The house was as listed and provided plenty of space for our family to eat and hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Towels plentiful and nice quality. Heat worked. Plenty of hot water. We just have two suggestions for improvement: the dishwasher does not clean dishes at all. Not even a little. The kitchen tools are there but are so cheap they hardly work-a spatula shouldn’t bend under a pancake. All the knives are extremely dull. “

„We loved the property. The house was clean and better than expected. My 90 year old dad who is a carpenter could not stop taking about all the woodwork. The weather was awful but we were able to go the the lake. Must be great in warmer weather“

„We were looking for a couple nights near Mt. Washington on our vacation to the northeast during the first part of June and stumbled across this hidden gem in Bretton Woods. This house in the private community sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac right on the Ammonnoosuc River while still getting distant views of Mt. Washington and the northern presidential peaks. „While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more.“

„We were on vacation with children and grandchildren and the house was perfect for a family. Lots of room to spread out. The location was perfect for Storyland, Scenic Train Ride, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. Tim was awesome with communication. We had a small issue with the A/C and he had someone arrive at the house within a half hour and it was fixed right away. “

„I took my daughter on a weekend hiking trip and wanted t be close to the trail heads in Franconia. This a spot fit the bill. It was a quick car ride to the trailheads which is important during peak season as the lots fill up so quick. The house had a wonderful updated kitchen with a lot of charm throughout the house. The living room was very comfortable, with a big deck with nice views of the foliage. There was only 2 of us but overall plenty of room for more.“

„It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning“

„If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, tidy cottage on a perfect lake, this spot checks all of the boxes. This place has all the basics you need for making great food, playing table games, reading and relaxing outside, and talking by a campfire. An incredible home base for any exploration of the White Mountains. Next time, I would rent a kayak or two just to enjoy more of Lake Ossippe's splendor. This is the place for making memories. “
