The beautifully appointed, rustic property can accommodate up to ten people, and is ideal for short-term travelers or guests who enjoy the privacy of being tucked away in this magnificent and majestic Rocky Mountain landscape.
The cabin, nestled among gigantic, indigenous tree varieties which include Aspen, Douglas-Fir, and the Rocky Mountain Maple, is easily accessible and has a wide, welcoming driveway leading right up to its front door (though if there’s any inclement weather, AWD or a 4x4 is necessary to access this mountain property).
On entering the cabin through the bright blue front door, you will find yourself in the warm, welcoming family room decorated with many beautiful Western artifacts, and accented by the warm hardwood flooring. The leather furniture lends this bright, sunny room a wonderful luxurious rustic flair, while the spectacular, natural stone fireplace is immediately eye-catching. From this lovely room, there is walk out access to the porch where you will find swing benches, a large table and plenty of seating for relaxing and maybe even a BBQ.
To the left of the family room is the stunning and fully equipped kitchen which is fitted with stainless steel appliances, marble top work surfaces and finely crafted wooden cabinetry. An open-plan dining room, overlooking the landscaped mountain slope, opens off the kitchen.
From the beautifully decorated hallway there is access to a small private patio and the sumptuous master bedroom with a beautifully crafted, natural wood king bed. The plush master bathroom with its white porcelain fixtures, stunning natural wood cabinetry, and heated towel rack, is just the place for a luxuriously hot bath at the end of a long winter’s day!
Moving downstairs, you’ll find bedroom 2 to the left, with its attractive twin bunk beds. To the right, you’ll see bedroom 3, with a beautifully crafted wood four-poster queen bed.
Bathroom 2, situated at the bottom of the stairs is attractively tiled in muted earthy shades and has a comfortable sit-in shower and heated towel rails.
On the basement level, you’ll also discover the luxuriously furnished living room with comfortable, leather couches and a large, flat-screen television. Adjoining this room is the fantastic entertainment area, complete with a popcorn maker and a variety of indoor game options, including a pool table, foosball table, and a ping pong table! A fully equipped laundry with a utility sink, leads onto a lovely, sunny patio.
Bedroom 4 is located in the loft. This elegantly furnished room has a queen bed and the same gorgeous international-styled natural wool carpeting seen in other rooms.
Outdoors, the clever use of natural rock and stone to create walkways and steps encourages you to explore the wooded area. An outdoor shower for the hottub and the walk-out garden patio add extra pizzazz to this modern, functional, and totally gorgeous cabin. The hottub here deserves a bit of hyperbole: true unobstructed views of the mountains across the valley, the open, bright blue Colorado sky. Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- No smoking inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- No pets
- Late check-outs (12pm) are available if there is no back-to-back booking, at $25 per hour.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.
- There please use bear proof bins - bears are common in this area!
- Please note that the fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.

- A $35 plus tax hot tub fee will be applied to the total cost of the reservation. This cost goes towards cleaning and maintaining our hot tubs at the highest level and to ensure that the hot tub is perfectly clean and serviced before you arrive.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, Hoste charges a non-refundable $49 damage waiver fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
