„Hele lieve mensen, alleen is dit geen hostel maar een plek waar Chinezen op een kluitje wonen op zoek naar een baan. Niemand spreekt Engels. Het is zeker een manier om te ontdekken hoe het merendeel van de Chinezen in Shanghai leven. Maar ik ben blij dat ik een andere plek heb gevonden, wat zeker niet makkelijk was zonder internet of toegang tot Googlemaps.“

„It was an okay hostel. Relatively clean with a good location. Bathrooms were also clean. Just have to be careful about finding it. I went based on the location in the map on the app (couldnt find it in any other app), and spent over an hour looking for it. Even the local shops didn't know where it was located. Had me walking around in circles. Suggestion: as to be added on wechat as soon as you reserve to avoid any misunderstandings“

„I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. “

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich exzellentes Frühstück. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer schien mir etwas klein zu sein, und deshalb haben wir auf die Grand Suite umgebucht. Ein Volltreffer !! Eine absolut fantastische Aussicht. (Kleiner minus Punkt) die Rezeption war beim Ein- und Auschecken sehr voll und dadurch kam es zu ziemlich langen Wartezeiten."
