„First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. However we paid a”stay” fee of 80 and we felt paying per night was a stay fee. That was my only eyebrow raiser. Nothing to complain about w our decision.
