„The house was perfect for a spring break getaway. The house was perfect and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Metro train going into DC. We enjoyed all the history and monuments of DC and it was nice to come back to a clean house and relax.“

„This place was so perfect for our vacation. I loved all of the bedrooms so we could all have our own beds. Loved how close the home was to the metro station as well as the location on King Street. The free trolley was helpful but we really enjoyed walking the street as well. The bathrooms were small but served its purpose. Would've been nice to have more hooks to hang clothes and towels on since they were so small. Aside from that, this townhome was perfect for all of our needs!“

„Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay.“

„The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance.“

„We had 3 adults and a 2 year old and we couldn’t ask for a better location and set up. We were just 2 blocks from the main strip and close to the airport and metro. The townhouse was spotless and had everything we needed including a pack and play and high chair, kids books and kids cutlery. Check in and check out was a breeze with great communication leading up to our stay and on the way out. Would definitely stay again!“

The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! „We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper.
