Amazing 4 bedroom waterfront villa with gulf access

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a very roomy living area, an eating area for 8 persons and separate seating area.

The spacious terrace offers 150m² and the pool is larger than usual with 40m².

From the terrace and garden there is direct access to one of the numerous canals. Directly at the canal there is a seating area with a boat dock with boatlift. By boat it takes 15 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and from there a further 10 minutes to the Golf of Mexico.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.v

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
