Viel zu laute Musik den ganzen Tag
Das war unglaublich die Leute verhalten sich als gäbe es kein Covid!! Sehr unhygienisch! Zimmer sehr alt und billig eingerichtet, fast kein Platz. Zum Glück war ich nur 3 Nächte dort.

Este Hotel fue nuestro favorito, todo el servicio espectacular, los Empleados, todos sin excepción alguna, todos muy atentos, todo muy limpio, organizado, tremendamente, super divertido, un Hotel que para nada tienes que salir de la instalación por sus shows y 7 diferentes restaurantes, masajes, todo tipo de actividades, en fin, todo muy recomendable . It was my 11th time in this hotel since 2008, but it has been deteriorating each year. Amenities are old and the rooms are not renovated. It used to be couples only and now it turned into a spring break frat party style.

They didnt have a room for our 1st night when we arrived. So ridiculous. The Night manager Christian Montero was so unbelievablely ignorant to us and matter of fact about the situation. And refused to give our Money back for that night. We travelled all day and get to resort after taking taxi ride its about 10pm to find this out. We have been here atleast 10 times we love the resort. This review is strictly about that manager and how he treated us and it was their own fault.

Very good experience overall. Food was greatly lacking and very difficult to make a reservation for the special restaurants. The pools were great and the service was great. The night entertainment was awesome but not many people danced. Would definitely go again maybe with more people it seemed like most people stuck to their own little groups or isolated.

Everything was perfect, but the only issue is the pool bar bartenders they treat the people like kinda doing them a favor, they barely look at u when you ask for something even though we tip them all day long with each and every drink we take from them.

This is the best resort we have ever been too. The staff is amazing, they are kind and you can see they enjoy working there. They treat you like family and want to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks to Julian A at the Buffett, thanks to Fernando at the cafeteria, thanks to the playmakers Adri Cuba, Tarzan and Italiano they are the best and always treat you as family. I wish I remember the name of the girl at the Expedia reception she made out check in an enjoyable experience and gave us an amazing room. The housekeepers are the nicest and they kept our room clean and shiny. The Cuban musicians that came to the beach dinner were the best, a lovely voice that made the night magical. If you want to have the time of your life go to this resort. Amazing and happy people made our stayed unforgettable. Thanks we will be back soon. The only rude person was Rudy at the sales presentation, he was pushy and nasty when we said we wanted to think before we make a decision. Do not go to this presentations.

This place is fun, the staff is excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they work so hard to make you feel good and have a great time. They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped means. There were no bars in the handicapped bathrooms and stairs everywhere making it extremely painful for me to get to anywhere for anything. But…it was worth it. I’d still go again.

VIP amenity-not the case. Pool bar service at Premier didnt even acknowledg us. Reyez at breakfast is truly the nicest, kindest, hardest working service staff there. Ismael at Flame was great as well. Pretty Boy was amazing as usual. Blonde female playmaker was nit friendly at all! All other playmakers were so much fun, and talked with us in the pool, at Bash, and wherever they saw us.

Staff was incredible, the pool parties everyday were some of the most fun I’ve ever had. Food was really good and had good variety. The best part about this experience was the other guests. Everybody was there for good time.
