Staff was welcoming, gave us a nice tour of the place, always pulled out our chairs for us. Hotel hospitality was a 4/5. The breakfast buffet was a 3.5/5 my fiancé doesn’t eat pork and there isn’t many options. Dinnertime at the buffet was a 4/5, way more options. Best place to eat was hunters steakhouse, their filet mignon was so tender I give that place a 4.5/5, some of the staff was a little pushy there but other then that, it was good. It was also our first time in Cancun, don’t know if it’s the water filtration or what but the water smells a little funny everywhere you go. The drinking water, sink water, shower water, all smells like sewage. That was one of our biggest problems with the place. We drank each day but make sure you stock up on water bottles!

Very nice and fancy hotel! Staff was very nice and always willing to help with anything! They even remembered what drinks you like too! Food was good definitely the buffet I think had the best options. Multiple pools was definitely a nice touch sometimes you just wanted to chill somewhere more quiet! The music could have been a little more mainstream and hip hop, lttlel less techno. Overall really nice place and close to the hotel zone which is like 7 minutes walking down the street.

Don’t fall for the “party hotel” slogan….its far from it. To the point where they no longer allowed me to stay on my last day. I’ve stayed at hotels that are family friendly that are more of partygoers than here. Wayyyyyyy too strict. It’s an adult only hotel which blows my mind. To something as simple as laying on a beach chair at night. Pretty much after 1am you will not be able to get a drink or food anywhere. Honestly I think the late night manager Oscar needs to be trained in client satisfaction. He will be the downfall to this resort and I will never recommend staying here. Even though I do see a lot potential, for right now a lot of improvement needs to be done.

Great resort from the time you arrive they make you feel at home. Never had anyone trying to upsell us on time shares which was awesome. Gilberto our diamond club butler was AMAZING he got us reservations and travel accommodations to anything we asked. He went above and beyond to make our honeymoon memorable. This is truly the hotel Zone everything was within walking distance which made life easy. The ocean was VERY Swimmable here major plus. Kevin the server from the diamond club pool area was awesome he kept us laughing and brought us drinks to try and enjoy even when we didn’t ask. Everyday he went out of his way to say hello even if we didn’t sit in his area.

Its a newer property, nice location, clean. as always we love in Mexico the very good service and nicest employees, We are planning to go back next year yey !!! The only bad thing and wasn’t real terrible, first day when going taking a shower, the water came out dirty and there was a sewage smell as well in the sink the water was dirty , by the rest nice rooms, nice views. We liked the pools. The beach is wonderful, nice area and always was clean The check in process was good and fast, very nice receptionist. The check out was real quick Restaurants and food, The buffet restaurant is good, big, nice set up. they are missing a couple of things in their options,like ceviche! Sometimes mostly in breakfast time they need more employees, because there was a couple of times we werent sitted and the waiter never came over, the Hacienda (mexican food) very small and no a very good menu, just few options, and honestly i didnt like the food The steak house restaurant, was goodthere are some of the employees we loved. Ricardo at the steak house restaurant, Argenly, she works by the pools and beach, we loved her, she is so helpful and super cute personworks real hard all the time CIndi at the buffet restuarant very nice server ENterteinmen and fit team, great, We loved Sabrina A good idea for the hotel to offer transportation from/to Airport Lost and found team, I lost a couple of things, and I had to go about 4 times to check on my stuff, it takes so long

Pros: Close to the beach and in walking distance of the off-resort club area. Short drive from the shopping areas. Nice pool, spa, and night club. The drinks definitely weren't watered down. Pretty room. Cons: We booked a king bed with a sofa, 6 months prior to travel, but upon arrival, were told that they didn't have any available and we had to get double beds. We weren't given an option or compensation. We got lost looking for the elevator and our rooms because staff didn't show us how to navigate. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, but I brought my own Clorox wipes. Could've done without seeing pubic hairs on the toilet that didn't belong to me or mine. The shower/sink water smelled like sewage and left my skin feeling oily. I hated taking a shower there. The staff at some of the bars had attitudes and still expected tips. The entertainment was not great at all, but personally, I can find a way to enjoy myself regardless. The food wasn't good at most of the restaurants on the resort. The top floor had good food, and the grill area by the pool. If you eat by the pool, beware, those birds will get as close as they can until you put that plate down. There was also lots of sargassum (algae) along the beach the entire time. Wasn't a deal breaker, but I could've done without. Someone could have kept it maintained. Restaurants weren't open between 11-12 and none of the staff knew what time the restaurants opened. I was told 3 different times. Room service wasn't good either.

The beach was amazing but the food was just average and we were overall disappointed with our stay as we thought we were going to have an exceptional time at this resort, especially as we upgraded to diamond class. The entertainment was so lacking at night we couldn’t believe that this is considered a party resort. I was in disbelief when our options were bingo or a terrible lounge dinger and only 1 decent (I’m being generous) show the whole week we stayed there. The situation with the elevators was a huge negative as we felt like we spent half our time waiting to navigate floors waiting for elevators. Would not go back again.

Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service
I had high hopes for this resort. Where to start.. from the moment you land you are bombarded with people trying to sell you excursions. They do not take no for an answer. After being in travel for 12 hours capacity to manage the onslaught was tough. We find our prepaid shuttle because the resort doest have one. We get to the resort and the onslaught continued .. agressivly asking for us to upgrade to "diamond status", this was $50 a day per person, for not a whole lot. We began to check in and of course the room wasnt ready, i cant be upset we were there 4 hours prior to check in. They took our luggage that had our bathing suits and we just had to site for 4 hours in the lobby. Despite choosing and paying for a king size bed with an ocean view, they didnt have it and wouldn't until the next day. So they gave me our room number with 2 queen beds. The receptionist was poor at her job to say the least. She gave us a 300 credit to use. We didnt learn until checkout we needed to go to guest services to redeem and only certian services were covered...me and my partner had an amazing experience at the spa, but im not sure i would have went if i knew it was going to be full price...gone $400. This was never explained and we lost out on that opportunity. We were then greeted by another staff member who decided to try to sell excursions and upgrades. We told him several times we were all set and just needed to get settled...he begrugingly walked away and we never heard from him again

The resort is absolutely beautiful & the staff keeps the pool area & their stretch of the beach as clean as possible. The property is about a 10min walk to the hotel zone where there are clubs, food, bars & entertainment. If i could change anything it would be the “panhandling” on the beach — coming up to you while you’re lounging in your chair asking if you’d like to buy (insert random items here) all day long. You literally won’t say “no” enough. Also the Mexican restaurant wasn’t very good. I was obviously expecting much more because we are in Mexico. Catching elevators was a drag as well however, the property is pretty big so it’s understandable but other than that amazing & i will be coming back! :)

I like the view of the ocean the pool and the cleanest of the property. The drinks were very weak I did not like the wait time of the elevators and the restaraunt restrictions.

Amazing hotel, Amazing staff, Amazing experience. Will be back… My only downfall was the fact that the taxi services that are offered ripping people off. Paid $90 USD to the restaurant which was 8 mins away and to the cancun sign which was 12 mins. When it would've cost $15 USD in a uber. Guess i was paying for the safety. Lesson learned!

I like the staff especially the bartenders at the swim up bar and the taboo lounge. The AC in our room was not working properly and we reported and nothing was done. Food options were ok. I was hoping for Mexican authentic food but instead we got food that I can get here in the USA. Which they could change the food options.
