Man braucht schon sehr viel Fantasie um das gebuchte King Zimmer mit dem zu verwechseln mit dem in dem worin ich gewohnt habe. Sehr rustikal, ungemütlich und ziemlich viel defekt. Erstmal ging der Strom nicht, dann die Dusche, dee Wasserhahn überall nur Tröpfchen. In der Dusche keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur einzustellen. Auf dem gesamten Flur war es dreckig und ungepflegt und es roch überall nach Kloake. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe

Antes que nada le pedimos una disculpa por las situaciones que se presentaron durante su estancia. Lamentablmente el problema de la eneregia electrica no estaba bajo nuestro control ya que fue un incidente a nivel zona centro, lo cual afecto el que pudieramos alimentar de energia nuestras bombas de agua, aires acondicionados, elevadores, etc. Nuevamente lamentamos los inconvenientes que tuvo durante su estancia.

Top Lage direkt am ADO, allerdings war mein Zimmer nicht richtig sauber (Flecken auf der Toilette, Dreck im Waschbecken, Staub auf den Möbeln, Dreckspritzer an der Wand) und die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht auf den Bildern anders aus - eine Hängematte gab es leider auch nicht. Das Rooftop mit Pool ist allerdings wirklich toll!

Das Frühstück ist wirklich mies, in Zimmer war es laut, zum einen wegen einer riesigen Baustelle neben dem Hotel und zum anderen wegen dem Zimmer daneben, das nur durch eine Tür getrennt war.

La televisión no funcionaba, pedi que la arreglaran pero no pudieron. Durante el check in no mencionaron que el servicio a cuarto terminaba a las 9pm, me quedé sin cenar.

When I got to the hotel my room had no running water and the AC was not working. The shower water only had hot water. The water smelled like sewage and made my hair really hard and coarse. Finally at the end, water was dripping from the roof. I want to say the staff was great and very friendly, but the experience in the hotel as a whole was not great. For the price you cab argue that you are getting what you pay for, but so much was left to improvement.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Never in my 31 years of life have I experienced such a horrible hotel. Thats coming from someone who has stayed in the cheapesst no name motels and lodgings in the past. I believe that when I am staying at a hotel, the ability to take a hot shower, or at least a warm shower is the absolute bare minimum. To my surprise when we checked in after a long period of travel, the shower was ice cold. No hot water whatsoever. When we talked to the concierge about it when we were about to head out for dinner, the concierge said they will send someone up to teach us how to turn the hot water on, leading us to believe that its just a user issue. So we went about our dinner and was planning on addressing the water issue when we were back. When we came back, and spoke to the concierge (a different one), now they said the boiler is broken and they are working on the issue that night. Okay fine. Next morning, still not fixed, and they said they are working on it that day. We were going out for an excursion so we thought it should he fixed when we are back later that nught. Well unfortunately, because of the inability to take a proper shower after a long trip, my girlfriend caught a cold. And later that night back at the hotel, guess what, water still not fixed. And by then my girlfriend was desperately in need of a hot shower. She ended up not showering after a long day of sweat and grime because she just couldn't risk making her cold even worse. N

Lo que me gustó fue la atención de su personal, la ubicación, el bar que está en el roof garden y su restaurante. Lo que no me gustó fue que durante mi estancia no hubo agua caliente en ningún momento y que dan pocas amenidades para habitación y baño, sólo eso. En lo personal sí lo recomiendo.

This was our honeymoon trip, we were 2 couples. As we had planned everything, we had requested Standard King bed, even after requesting ad per booking, they gave us 2 double bed stating its only available as when we came to know when we got the keys. I visited and requested that we wanted 1 King bed, on insisting they said let me accommodate. The room given, few lights were not working, there was no fridge like any other room, as well as the room shower was too slow, including no Hot water was not working. At night 2 AM we had to call room service for lights not working, AC issue, is when the service man came and still couldn't fix anything. It was same issue with my friend who had the other room, next morning when we were about to leave for our trip we requested to change room, they strictly said no they wont do it, they will fix it ( they already has tried last night till 3.30 AM ) but dint fix. With less sleep we continued with our trip. When we returned that evening, AC issue and lights issue dint fix, again late night at 12 ish we visited reception area and requested again, is when the person changed for us for that night, again we all ended up sleeping at 2AM where we had next planned trip so had to wake up at 6AM and leave, again less sleep, affect our trip wasnt a good experience through the whole journey of 14-17th when we stayed here. Also 1 of the room was on 5th floor where they have their roof top hotel, they used to play DJ/songs till late 12-1230 AM.

Good sized gym there. Property is convenient and walking distance to everything. Overall good price for central areas. Bathroom shower wasn’t great but not bad otherwise.

The room was in a state of disrepair, the WC didn't flush properly, lamps didn't work, AC would not keep the temperature. Not enough towels. After a few calls they gave me a room that was better, but still not great. It is a 2 star hotel at best.

I’ve stayed here 3 times. It’s safe for solo travelers, families & group trips. The rooms are huge & spacious with a fridge & microwave. Some of the rooms come with a balcony. I definitely enjoyed my fruits & breakfast poolside in the rooftop. The customer service is wonderful. The area is perfect to anywhere the mall is 5 mins away, hotel zone is 10-15mins & food options everywhere. You can’t wrong here. You can even boom yours directly too ask for Natalie/Natty at the front desk. Starbucks in the lobby.
