Zu beginn sehr aggressives marketing mit Angeboten für eine Club Mitgliedschaft! Fehlende Wartung an Aufzügen und Sanitären Anlagen. Mehrer Tage keine Papier Handtücher auf den Toiletten am Pool. Drei Tage keinen Kamillentee beim Frühstück, aber im Coco Caffee vorhanden.

„Our concierge Cristina was awesome and helped with everything. The swimmable beach was fantastic and clean. Food was very good and service was excellent. Massage at the spa was excellent, however unfortunately the hydrotherapy and sauna were not available due to renovations in progress. We would go back again to this resort. Our stay was outstanding.“

„It was so clean and Beautiful. I did pay for ocean view, didn’t get that. There was trees in the way, when I asked to get moved they claimed it was fully booked. There was no way it was booked, there was only a handful of people on the property. “
