Hawthorne branch is a beautiful A-frame cabin hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB located minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown. Hawthorne Branch offers a private and peaceful setting with modern finishes, perfect for a romantic getaway or a small group retreat.

Set on a private road, this cabin provides a great balance of privacy and convenience while still being close to all local attractions.

The Space
Hawthorne Branch is a newly built A-frame cabin completed in 2024 with high ceilings, modern design, and an open-concept living area. The layout is comfortable and functional, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay.

The downstairs suite offers a private retreat, while the upstairs loft provides a second sleeping space with its own seating area. The wet bar and open living space are perfect for unwinding after a day in Broken Bow.

Additional Information
Guests have full access to the cabin. The spiral staircase to the loft may not be suitable for all guests.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 3 dogs. A pet fee of $75 per pet is required. This is confirmed and verified after reservation is in the booking system.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Landing Casino or Gutter Chaos, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.
★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

WiFi terms and conditions:
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Other things to note:
- This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We charge $50 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
