Instructions for key and parking are very clear and communication with manager/owner is pleasant and prompt. Location is Chinatown, which is good during day and fees relatively safe. Only negative is nearby Hasting St. - infamous for homeless and drug addicts. I would stay again and avoid Hasting St.“
