The Space:

Welcome to Funky Farmhouse, your spirited getaway just minutes from Bentonville, where style, personality, and wide-open skies meet. Tucked into the scenic countryside, this one-of-a-kind property was made for memory-making, group gatherings, and sun-drenched afternoons by the pool.



Inside, you’ll find four king bedrooms, each outfitted with plush bedding, smart TVs, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. Three full bathrooms (including one ensuite) offer plenty of space for your group, complete with essentials and a soaking tub for a bit of indulgence. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a 65-inch smart TV and comfy furnishings perfect for movie marathons or rainy-day lounging.



The kitchen is fully stocked for serious cooks and casual grazers alike, with a Cuisinart coffee maker, wine glasses, and all the tools you need to make dinner, or s'mores. Kids and adults alike will love the game room, complete with board games, books, and cozy reading nooks. For creative fun, head to the whiteboard in the “she shed”, a great place for an impromptu game of Pictionary or letting the little ones play.



Outside is where the magic unfolds. Step into the backyard to discover the expansive patio and private pool, complete with outdoor dining space, BBQ grill, and cozy fire pit. The sunsets? Seasonal Pool Update:

Please note that the pool is closed for the season starting October 30 and will reopen around Spring Break. If you have any questions about pool availability, feel free to message us.



Guest Access:

Guest has access to the entire property, including the attached garage.
