„Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Leider fehlten 2 Handtücher, obwohl wir zu viert waren. WLAN funktionierte entweder gar nicht oder sehr schlecht. Frühstück war gut mit großer Auswahl an Speisen. Würde wahrscheinlich nicht mehr dort übernachten.“

„Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Zentrum zwar Recht weit weg aber noch fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden stinkt. Bad insgesamt kaum akzeptabel. Speziell um Dusche herum Schmutz, Rost. Vielzahl an kleiner Fliegen und Tierchen, die beim Wasser aufdrehen die Wand hochkriechen. Duschtüre defekt. (Lässt sich nicht mehr schließen)“

„The property is very close to everything in Leon. The Arch is about 1.5 miles from property. Very clean, very clean rooms, staff is very attentive. I have stayed at this property a couple of times. Never disappoints. Nice property with restaurants near. “

„Schönes historisches Hotel im Zentrum mit Valet-parking (super, weil die Parkplatzsituation eher schwierig ist). Zentrale Lage praktisch für die Besichtigung des historischen Zentrums! Nettes Hotelrestaurant.“

„The status of the furniture in the room was very basic and even old. The room was dark and painted in green and blue color which made the darkness even worse. The bed was not comfortable. There was no air conditioning. There was no parking. The location is close enough to the city center to walk. The breakfast was ok. The service acceptable but nothing special. “

„Schönes großes Zimmer mit begrünter Terrasse und super Blick auf Stadt und Sonnenuntergang. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war ebenfalls prima. Das Hotelrestaurant hatte eine gute Küche und man hatte von dort ebenfalls einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum (der Weg ist allerdings z.T. sehr steil).“
