„We stayed at this flat for a little over 2 weeks and it was just perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Clare was easy and they always responded quickly. The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. LOCATION, oh my, half a block to the British Museum, lots of great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Tube stops were also within walking distance. I can only say wonderful things about our stay as we enjoyed the flat and Mike and Clare immensely and I would love to stay ...

„There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. “

The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat.
