The Space:
A Stylish, Sunlit Retreat Steps from Place Centrale
Just a stone’s throw from Place Centrale—with its vibrant Farinet Bar & Lounge, the traditional Swiss charm of the Caveau restaurant, local snack bars, and boutique shopping—this sun-drenched 3-bedroom apartment offers the perfect balance of style and comfort for your mountain getaway. Thanks to its triple-aspect layout, the space is bathed in natural light throughout the day.
Located on the ground floor for ultimate ease (no elevator hassles!), the apartment boasts stunning views, a private indoor parking spot, and access to fantastic shared facilities: a 19m indoor pool, two saunas, ping pong tables, a kids’ play area, and more. In summer, there's secure mountain bike storage available in our private cave/storage unit—ideal for active families. The apartment is a 5-10min walk to the Medran ski lifts, or a 2 min bus ride just a short walk from the apartment.

Inside, the apartment features:
• Master Bedroom: A spacious, dual-aspect room with a double bed made of two single mattresses—perfect for couples who want the best of both worlds.
• Bunk Room: Sleeps two, with an additional mattress on the floor for a third child if needed.
• Triple Room: A versatile layout with a bunk bed that converts into a Super King on the bottom and a single up top—sleeping up to three in comfort.
There’s ample storage space with built-in wardrobes along the corridor. The main bathroom includes a full-sized bathtub, toilet, and basin, while a second bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet, and basin—with excellent water pressure in both.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, full-size fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, SMEG kettle and toaster, and all the cookware you’d expect.
The open-plan living and dining area is designed for both comfort and connection. The dining table seats up to 10—perfect for family meals or game nights—while two plush sofas offer a relaxing spot to take in the panoramic views or unwind with the smart TV after a day on the slopes, trails, or at the pool.
Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the apartment, ski locker, private covered parking space and the building's leisure facilities, accessible via a secure fob: Please note the following facilities are shared.
• 19m Indoor Pool – perfect for a morning swim or evening dip.
• Two Saunas – one for men, one for women—ideal for après-ski relaxation. Ready from 1030 each day
• Games & Family Area – two ping pong tables, large play space, and tables for board games or reading. You can even keep an eye on the kids in the pool from here.
• High Season Perks – a lifeguard is often present during peak times (please note, children must always be supervised).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DATES THAT THE POOL, GYM, SAUNA, GAMES AND FAMILY AREA ARE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS IN 2025
Between 01 July and 31 Aug, and 6 Dec - 26 Apr, only building guests have access to the shared facilities between 0800-1200, 1900-2000. Between 1200-1900 it is open to the public (due to the Verbier main pool being refurbished).
Between 01 Sept - 05 Dec, the facilities are closed Mon and Tuesdays. Open Wed to Sun, building guest access 0800-1200, then shared with public from 1200-1900.

Parking
A private indoor parking space is reserved just for you, located at street level and clearly marked—no icy driveways or snow-covered car parks to deal with. The parking place is a tight space, so cautious driving will be required!!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment, though just a couple of mins walk from the vibrant centre of Verbier is in an extremely quiet and peaceful setting, just the sound of the stream next to the apartment to soothe the mind!
Getting Around:
A 2 min walk into the centre of Verbier, and a 5-10 min walk to the Medran ski lift. Buses available from the Centre to the lift station (2 min ride)
Other Things to Note:
The parking place is a tight space, so cautious driving will be required!!
